Life & Work with Tracy Behringer of Buckeye

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracy Behringer.

Hi Tracy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I serve as a dedicated stay-at-home mother, raising two children and supporting my husband through his military career and current role as an American Airlines captain. As a former personal trainer, I maintain a disciplined lifestyle, prioritizing clean nutrition and consistent exercise (5–6 days a week). However, after turning 40, I face challenges: persistent weight plateaus, low energy, and emotional fatigue, despite my rigorous efforts.

Discovering transformative wellness products revitalizes my life. I now thrive with sustained energy, restful sleep, and a responsive body that reflects my hard-earned lean muscle. My mood stabilizes, my focus sharpens, and I rediscover my vibrant self, fostering stronger connections as a present, patient mother and partner.

This journey fuels my passion for empowering others. As a wellness advocate, I guide individuals toward sustainable health, helping them reclaim vitality and confidence. My mission is clear: to inspire and support others in their own transformative journeys, delivering results that enhance both physical and emotional well-being.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No journey worth taking is ever a smooth road, and mine’s no exception. Shifting from that post-40 slump to where I am now—vibrant, energized, and thriving—came with real struggles. Physically, my body just wasn’t responding like it used to. As a former personal trainer, I knew how to eat clean and train hard, but the scale wouldn’t budge, and that stubborn “mommy pooch” clung on despite my 5–6 day workout weeks. It was frustrating to pour in so much effort and see minimal results, like my body was betraying my discipline.

Mentally and emotionally, it was even tougher. I was drained—snappy with my kids, disconnected from my husband, and just not myself. The exhaustion wasn’t just physical; it was this heavy fog of feeling unmotivated and stuck, which clashed with my identity as someone who’s always been driven. Hormonal shifts after 40 didn’t help—mood swings, poor sleep, and a tanked libido made me feel like a stranger in my own skin.

Adapting to new wellness products wasn’t instant magic either. There was trial and error, skepticism about what would actually work, and the mental hurdle of trusting something new after years of “doing it right” with no payoff. Plus, juggling motherhood and supporting my husband’s demanding career meant carving out time for myself felt selfish at first. Letting go of old habits and embracing a new approach took patience and a mindset shift.

Those bumps—physical plateaus, emotional lows, and the challenge of change—were real. But they taught me resilience and the value of persistence. Now, helping others navigate their own rough patches, I lean on those struggles to connect and guide them toward their breakthroughs. Change isn’t smooth, but it’s worth every step.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Right now, I’m fully immersed in the world of wellness—specifically helping women over 35 reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality through simple, effective solutions. I specialize in hormone health, metabolism support, and sustainable weight management using clean, science-backed supplements that support the body naturally.

After years as a certified personal trainer, I realized that fitness alone isn’t enough—especially once hormones, stress, and burnout enter the picture. So now, I guide women through that tricky phase where clean eating and workouts just aren’t cutting it anymore. I educate and empower them to work with their bodies, not against them.

I’m known for being real and relatable—no fluff, no gimmicks—just solutions that help women feel like themselves again. From gut health and cortisol support to mood, sleep, and energy, I help others take their power back, starting from the inside out.

What I’m most proud of is the transformation I get to witness. Women come to me exhausted, frustrated, and defeated… and they leave feeling empowered, energized, and seen. That’s the magic.

What sets me apart is that I live this life right alongside them. I’m a busy mom, wife, and wellness advocate who understands the demands of midlife—and how hard it can be to prioritize yourself when you’re holding everything together. But I also know that when women feel good, they show up better for everyone. That’s why I do what I do.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Yes! My biggest piece of advice for anyone just starting out is: be patient with your body and consistent with your habits. These products are powerful, but they’re not magic overnight fixes. I wish I had known sooner that healing and rebalancing—especially after 35 or 40—isn’t a quick flip of a switch. It’s a process, and your body needs time to adjust and respond.

Another thing? Start with the basics, and build from there. Don’t overwhelm yourself trying to do everything at once. Focus on hydration, gut health, and supporting your stress response first—that foundation makes all the difference.

I also wish I had understood just how much stress, cortisol, and hormones were impacting my results. Once I started supporting my internal health, everything changed—my energy, sleep, mood, and even my waistline and my “Mommy Pooch.”

Lastly—don’t do it alone. Reach out, ask questions, and stay connected to the community. Having someone walk with you, guide you, and cheer you on makes the journey so much more empowering. You deserve to feel good again—and trust me, it’s absolutely possible.
