Today we’d like to introduce you to Rainbow Day.

Hi Rainbow, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’ve always been drawn to energy work; yoga, reiki, etc. I think intuitively I knew I’m meant to be a healer. After a traumatic incident being thrown off of horse I was working with (we were learning and growing together), I started feeling more connected to my spiritual side, and having visions. I broke my collarbone, and that made me slow down, start asking for more help, and it really helped ground me and show me answers I’d been searching for. I’ve given much of the past 12 years to my partner in helping build his business, and also to my children. I knew I wanted to stay home, and then decided to homeschool all 3 after the pandemic. From the transition to all 3 entering schools at the beginning of 2025, visions came back from the past year, and they were all answering the big question: what was I going to do when the kids went back to school? I meditated a lot while being laid up. I painted visions, journaled, and asked, what was blossom (the horse that bucked me off) trying to tell me? One vision I saw while awake was a sacred circle of crowned saguaros, I painted it. It was telling me to find my sisters, connect. Another vision, at a sacred circle my dear friend (Michelle) and healing guide offers monthly, was a cyclone flowing through me from root to crown. Many more visions, but the cyclone came full circle when I decided to do reiki training and the same picture that I saw was shown in my training, the energy flows through you. This is the path I’m meant to be on, the universe confirmed. I followed my intuition, instead of finding a meaningless job to contribute financially to my household, to share my gifts. That is our purpose in this one precious life we have. I told my beautiful soul sister, Miki, and we inspired each other to build this opportunity, women supporting women. I also enjoy offering reiki to horses and animals, and am doing an animal communications class. Pay attention to the signs and things you think you see, the universe is always guiding you. I have my partner, my children, and blossom, the beautiful red roan mustang, to thank for the path I’m walking today.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I believe that there are always bumps along the way, but when the universe aligns and everything falls into place, you know it’s right. Starting my journey with energy healing everything is falling into place.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I love helping people, with reiki, or understanding more about yoga. I integrate seasonal shifts in practices, and follow the moon cycles. I like to send healing energy out to anyone who needs it and release anything with the full moon, as well as helping plant seeds with new moons.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I’m starting with reiki, building unique yoga classes/workshops, getting my license as a massage therapist, and would like to integrate sound healing and red light therapy.
