Today we’d like to introduce you to Matt Grenier.

Hi Matt, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
Everything started because of a girl… and my ability to connect and not want to connect. I started this whole path by learning and reading tarot cards and doing intuitive readings at parties (I’ve now taken a step back). I always knew I had a deep connection to the universe, energy, and other beings, but also, I didn’t have enough fate in myself to want to step forward into helping others. Much less myself.

Fast forward to 2019 when I was living in San Francisco and volunteering at a meditation center (so I could get free events and daily meditations). I had the opportunity to learn how to lead meditations for people. I learned, but just like everything else (energy work, breath work, reiki), I didn’t really use it that much. Once the pandemic happened, I moved away from San Francisco and moved to Sedona, where I started offering weekly meditations and reiki to people. Lately, I have been offering weekly meditation, breath work, and sound bath events both in person and online. My 1 on 1 business is thriving as people understand that sound, mindfulness, and breathing actually help them in everyday life.

I’ve noticed that my clients are more comfortable doing virtual and group sessions lately and have sought me out from other people, different states, and even past videos that I have posted.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road. It took me a long time to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. I finally realized that I could better help people by answering my own questions and being the person that I wanted to help.

After that, I realized that I could help others who might be in the same space and need a little bit of an extra push.

I’m also not your typical healer type. I’m not soft, I’m not understanding and I pretty much push you to a point of letting go simply by pointing a mirror at the BS that you’re trying to hide behind.

Even with all that, people seek me out because I help!

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I typically get people to access their bodies, minds, and spirits… dig deep and allow them to let go on their own.

What sets me apart is that I am not a typical gentle and caring person. If you are in front of me, the universe demands change and you have pretty much run out of options before the fall!
