Today we’d like to introduce you to Jen Colley.
Hi Jen, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After spending over 25 years in the real estate industry, my husband and I felt a calling to do something more—something that not only aligned with our values but also allowed us to make a deeper impact in our community. We wanted to create a space that our family could be a part of, one that radiated positivity and fostered meaningful connections centered around health, wellness, and overall well-being.
Turning 50 was a turning point for me personally. I found myself reflecting deeply on my purpose and how I was showing up in the world. More than anything, I wanted to contribute in a way that felt meaningful and uplifting to others.
That’s how this journey began. We are proudly family-owned and operated, and we consider our team—our employees and instructors—an extension of that family. We’ve built a warm, welcoming space where there’s no judgment, just encouragement. A place that challenges you, supports you, and allows you to focus on becoming the best version of yourself—whatever that looks like for you.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Business is never without its bumps, and being part of a franchise definitely comes with its own set of challenges—especially in today’s economy, which has been tough on so many. Despite that, we’ve made it a priority to create a space that’s both supportive and accessible. We’ve worked hard to build a platform that’s more affordable so that people can continue to show up for themselves—because we know how hard that can be, even on the best days 😆.
We’re always excited to welcome new members into our community. There’s something truly special about the energy that comes from people encouraging one another and growing together. Our doors are open, and if what we’ve built feels like a good fit, we’d love to have you be a part of it.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love all of the family friendly activities that surround us, I love that people are active and when people are kind. Kindness goes a long way. I do not have many dislikes, I try to turn everything into a positive and a growth experience. If I did have to choose one thing it would be the impatience of drivers.
