Hi Eric & Carlos, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
We meet in 2008 as cart pushers for Costco wholesale and have been great friends ever since. Weve been through the highs and lows together and have always been able to count on each other. Day dreaming of becoming our own bosses with a passion for cooking delicious food we decided to make the leap of faith in January of this year to bring to you our favorite food, burgers. We wanted to establish ourselves as bringing fresh high quality ingredients at a good price for the community .As for the name Wiggys no one knows where it came from or who he is…..

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Struggles of learning the ins and out of having a food truck. From time management, perfecting recipes, laws, permitting finding quality and fresh ingredients and top of all that, working another full time job. Many mistakes along the way but it’s all a learning experience to bring our customers a great burger.
