Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Muccillo.

Hi Danielle, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I have always been inspired by wanting to freeze a moment in time so that its memory can be relived long after it has passed. I treasure the photos that I have from my youth. I often look at them and remember the good times when those photos were taken. I come from a large family, and my parents have passed. However, I still have so many photos of them, and I truly treasure every one of them as they allow me to remember the special times I shared with my parents, brothers, and sisters when we were all together. As a photographer, I want to do that for my clients. I want them to have pictures of their family so that they can freeze those memories for a lifetime. Also, as I have started my journey down the professional photography path, I have truly been inspired by small business owners. I enjoy capturing them and the work they have poured their heart and soul into. Branding photography has allowed me to help small business owners tell their stories to the outside world. It will enable these owners to set themselves apart from others in their field and leave a lasting impression on the minds of the customers they are trying to impress.

We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, the road has not been smooth; there are always bumps along the way, but in all honesty, those bumps are the ones that help us as business owners and people grow in general. Over the years, I have learned that only some people have your best interest at heart. However, that has not stopped me. It has made me want to work harder to make sure whatever I had my mind set on would come to fruition. I will not lie; I like a good challenge to get me moving in the right direction.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I currently work in multiple areas of photography as I am narrowing down my niche. I shoot families and seniors and help small businesses with branding. I enjoy shooting large extended families, which reminds me of my own. I am the youngest of six, so when someone with a large family contacts me to do their family session, it makes me smile big. I also really enjoy helping small businesses with branding. I love to see small businesses use my photos of them and their business and get their name out there in the social media and marketing world. Seeing a small business be able to grow due to the right marketing is very rewarding for me.

What matters most to you?
In this business, the thing that matters the most to me is connecting with my clients and ensuring that the product that I am delivering to them they love. I want my clients to come back to me over the years so that I can watch their family or business grow.
