Hi Cindy, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. 
My story into real estate kicked off after earning a Finance degree from the University of San Diego. The spark ignited when, at 21, I seized the opportunity to purchase my first condo, setting the stage for a dynamic journey through various facets of the industry. From turning condos into furnished corporate rentals to early real estate ventures in Phoenix before the Airbnb era, my path unfolded further as I stepped into the role of a loan officer with a luxury builder. 

Diving into investments, my husband and I focused on multi-unit apartment buildings and the art of flipping single-family homes. Juggling the challenges of motherhood, I continued my real estate endeavors, donning the hats of both a devoted mother and a relentless realtor. As I navigated my own real estate transactions, my sphere recognized my prowess and entrusted me to represent them in their ventures. Even when faced with demanding clients, my tenacity prevailed, creating opportunities and ensuring their real estate aspirations became a reality. 

Today, with a focus on Residential Luxury Market spanning Scottsdale/Phoenix, leveraging over 17 years of experience. I don’t just offer real estate transactions; I curate exceptional experiences. Shaped by global travels, I bring a unique cultural perspective, connecting effortlessly with clients from diverse backgrounds. Fluent in Spanish and skilled in negotiation, I operate as a silent strategist, infusing each transaction with profound understanding and wisdom. My journey reads like a patchwork quilt woven with challenges, growth spurts, and a good dose of determination. Raised by immigrant parents from Mexico, their lessons on hard work, resilience, and education became my guiding stars. Venturing into real estate early on was a rollercoaster—marked by rejections, ups, and downs, yet I conquered it all. 

Now, what sets me apart? I’m not just a risk-taker; I’m the kind who learns on the fly and loves rubbing elbows with folks from all walks of life. Real estate isn’t just buildings and deals for me; it’s a dynamic world where I’ve not only survived but thrived. Thanks to my military background, for instilling in me a knack for going above and beyond, whether it’s exceeding expectations or completing missions at 100%. That mindset? It’s the secret sauce in every part of my life. 

But the real magic lies in the relationships I build with clients. It’s not just about transactions; it’s about creating a big, extended family. Real estate’s a vibrant world, but standing out amid the noise of social media and tech isn’t a cakewalk. Yet, at its core, it’s all about relationships—trust, honor, and commitment. And that is the beat that defines my client-centric groove.

Real estate, for me, is not just a numbers game; it’s a canvas painted with the dreams and personalities of each client. Every client is a unique story waiting to unfold, and my purpose is to understand the intricacies of their desires, even those not yet fully realized… 

Simplicity is my signature. I stand out by always being present—answering calls and avoiding voicemail, a practice I find can genuinely upset clients. My secret? It’s about controlling the narrative, ensuring that emotions and egos, which can derail deals, stay in check. The transaction is never about me; it’s about keeping the focus on my client. 

Even after closing, my dedication continues as I take care of the details, ensuring a seamless transition into the next chapter. Imagine a home as a reflection of its owner—a space designed to amplify the best within. This is the journey I embark on with clients—discovering and maximizing their best selves within their homes. 

What do you like and dislike about the city?
Scottsdale is more than just a city to me; it’s where I’ve chosen to build my home and create a meaningful life. The clean streets and the sense of security make it a special place. 

I’m particularly drawn to the city’s active leadership, ensuring not just safety but also infusing vibrancy with diverse shopping, great dining, and excellent schools, such as the International School of Arizona, where my daughter is mastering Spanish. 

Living in Scottsdale is about embracing a distinctive lifestyle. From leisurely walks by the canal with my dog to spontaneous trips to local spots, each aspect adds to the fulfilling daily experience. 

The community’s evident pride of ownership fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially for fellow dog lovers. Scottsdale offers opportunities for connection through committees and activities, creating a true sense of community. While navigating high-season events at WestWorld may pose traffic challenges, the city’s overall appeal and abundant offerings make it a highly desirable place to call home.
