Today we’d like to introduce you to Anne Gautreau.

Hi Anne, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
5 years ago I needed a change so I purchased a travel agency franchise. Yep ….. covid struck! 18 months of networking, webinars, learning different providers and I was off and running when the world opened for business.

I am 100% focused on the best customer service experience, its not just booking the trip its making sure every step of the way the client has what they need from travel documents to entry visa’s, vaccination information, sights to see and more.

I love to travel and I love what I do. I like to think I am a memory maker!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road is never smooth and if it is you are probably not doing it right. Covid was my biggest struggle and I survived that shutdown using the time to prepare and make myself the best.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in group travel. Groups are great to work with and you get to meet lots of fabulous people. Groups can be church based, family or corporate. I also take specialty groups, line dancers love to cruise and dance so I arrange their trips.

I am most proud of the breast cancer fund raising group I organized a few years ago. We sailed with survivors and some people battling cancer. Shared stories, had fun and raised money for some local charities.

I think my dedication to service and always being available for my clients.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Integrity is most important to me.

I like to connect with my clients so I can serve them better.
