Today we’d like to introduce you to Kimberli Horyza.

Hi Kimberli, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born and raised in Arizona, attended University of Arizona and graduated from Walter Cronkite at Arizona State University. I was a broadcast journalist, but my love for sales brought me to Houston, Texas, where I accepted a job offer I couldn’t refuse as a Territory Manager for a pharmaceutical company. I grew my territory to one of the top in the country and won many designations, which led to a promotion bringing me back home to Arizona with a role in product management and marketing, and eventually, Vice President of Operations. Then, I decided to take my passion for sales, marketing, and creating genuine relationships to pursue my dream of real estate. I was lucky enough to join Hague Partners and the Horyza Team, working alongside my dad! I am committed to doing whatever it takes to guide my clients in achieving their goals. I’m super passionate about my career and am blessed to be able to do what I love while making an impact in the lives of others.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Overall it has been a pretty smooth road. All of the promotions, moving states, and tough times in my old career of pharmaceuticals led me to where I’m supposed to be I think. It hasn’t always been easy but I think that’s part of the fun; learning and working through obstacles along the way-it only makes you better! I honestly think the hardest part was choosing to follow my heart and switch careers in my late 20s. Any kind of change can be scary when you are comfortable but it is also so worth it!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a real estate agent in Scottsdale, but I help people all over the valley! I’m part of one of the top brokerages in Arizona, Hague Partners and a member of The Horyza Team, with my business partner, who also happens to be my dad! Hague Partners/ 72Sold strives to be different than traditional real estate. Our international program is proven to net thousands more for our sellers while making it a much more convenient process for them! My persistence, communication, eagerness to learn and ability to create genuine relationships is really what sets me apart from others. I am also so passionate about my work and helping others. I’m so committed to helping my clients buy, sell, or invest by doing whatever it takes/going above and beyond to help them reach their goals.

What does success mean to you?
I define success as looking back and being proud of where you are. Proud of all the people you have been able to help and all of the obstacles you were able to overcome to not only meet your goals but exceed them.
