Life and Work with Alexis Enright

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexis Enright.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Alexis. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
When my husband and I first moved to Arizona from California, we saw a huge investment opportunity with real estate. Not only because the cost of living is much cheaper than our home state, but also because so many people were/are migrating to the valley. After buying and selling a few homes of our own, I decided to take lead and get my real estate license.

It was important to me to help others in their journey of home ownership. Today, one of the things I’m most proud of is to be able to guide others with buying, selling and reaching their real estate goals.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It hasn’t been an easy process. As a mom of two, it is really important to me that I spend time with my babies. At the same time, it’s really important to me that I deliver the best of myself to my clients. Seek balance the best you can!

My advice for other women who are starting any new journey, whether it’s motherhood or a new business venture, is to read as many books as you can. Education is extremely important and it’s important to constantly adapt and evolve as changes arise.

Another lesson I’ve learned is to ask questions!! Surround yourself with those that have already gone through what you’re attempting to do. Ask, listen and learn! Most importantly, don’t be fearful of failure! Without it, you cannot grow!

Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
As a real estate professional, I specialize in luxury and relocation. However, my team and I work all over the state and with all types of budgets. Our office is located on Main St. in Old Town so we have the opportunity to meet so many different people either relocating or visiting our great state! As someone who has relocated many times, I understand the importance of finding a place to call home!

One of the greatest things about our team is that we work together as a family. When someone needs help, someone is always there! That is extremely important to me and ensures that our clients are always taken care of.

I’m a millennial! I understand the constant change of technology and always make sure we are up-to-date not only on the market but what’s trending.

Who have you been inspired by?
My mom has inspired me greatly! As a mother of four, she always made time for us. She’s one of the easiest women to talk to and always sees the beauty (and humor) in every situation. She has owned her own business since before we were born and is always seeking improvement in herself and her work! She’s a big dreamer and that’s taught me to reach for things and goals to make me a better person.
