Shainit, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are dedicated to setting the tone for productivity and client engagement. I start by reviewing key updates from ongoing projects and client communications, ensuring that every team member is aligned and priorities are clear. This time also includes strategic planning for upcoming client interactions, enabling me to anticipate needs and deliver timely solutions. On a personal note, I often incorporate a brief period of reflection or planning for travel and experiences, which fuels creativity and keeps me energized throughout the day.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Shainit, Business Manager at Car Concierge Pro, where we help clients navigate one of the most complex decisions in modern life: buying, selling, or leasing a car. I started as one of the founding team members, handling client research to understand needs, preferences, and budgets. Over time, I transitioned into managing full-scale client communications, guiding clients from their first engagement with us to the moment they receive the keys to their new vehicle or complete a sale.
Today, I lead the entire client vertical, acting as the bridge between our marketing team, research team, and the spokesperson for each client, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey. What makes our work unique is the focus on personalization, transparency, and trust; it’s not just about cars, but about creating meaningful, seamless, and hassle-free experiences for every client.
Beyond work, I’m an avid traveler and have experience in the travel industry. That passion for exploration influences my professional approach as well, whether it’s discovering new automotive trends, improving client engagement, or finding innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
I’d like to give a big shout-out to Neel Mehta, the founder of our company. When I first joined, I didn’t have the level of knowledge or experience required to manage complex projects, like delivering a half-million-dollar vehicle to a client. Under Neel’s mentorship, I gradually developed the confidence, discipline, and skill to handle high-value projects and client relationships.
He has been instrumental in shaping my professional journey, teaching me not only the technical aspects of our business but also the importance of empathy, patience, and teamwork. Today, I manage million-dollar client accounts and lead a team that delivers exceptional service, all thanks to the foundation he helped me build.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Early in life, I realized that negotiation was something I had always avoided; it used to make me anxious, whether in personal or professional situations. Over time, however, my journey at Car Concierge Pro taught me the importance of embracing negotiation as a skill, not a challenge.
Through experience, I learned that negotiating effectively is crucial, not just for ensuring the best outcomes for our clients but also for building strong business relationships and driving company growth. This realization directly inspired me to help create AiM (Automatic Insurance Monitoring), a strategic vertical within Car Concierge Pro focused on maximizing value for clients by helping them navigate the ever-growing insurance premiums.
What once was a fear became a strength: today, I’ve helped negotiate over $5.4 million in vehicle deals for our clients, transforming a personal challenge into an opportunity to create measurable impact and tangible results.

In the automotive concierge industry, one of the biggest misconceptions is that dealers are always fair and that the market is fully structured. In reality, the automotive sector is highly fragmented, and navigating it without expertise can lead to overpaying or making uninformed decisions.
At Car Concierge Pro, we bridge this gap by conducting thorough market research and due diligence on behalf of our clients. By acting as unbiased consultants, we provide the most accurate and up-to-date market insights, helping clients make informed, data-driven decisions, saving them time and money, whether they’re buying or selling a vehicle. Our role is to simplify a complex, often opaque industry, ensuring transparency and confidence for every transaction.

The deals we’ve negotiated, the savings we’ve achieved, and the seamless, hassle-free experiences we’ve provided, the countless positive and overwhelming reviews we have received are always shall always remain our prized possessions. Even if I step away from my role, the gratitude, trust, and recognition from the people I’ve assisted will continue to speak for the work done.
