Hi Quincy , thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What battle are you avoiding?
A battle I fight everyday is falling back into my old ways. We all fight temptation everyday but it takes strength to continue to prosper.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Quincy Jackson also known as KashQ, born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. 25 years old, in the music industry for about 7 years. I bring a unique style of music to the game, I’m known for my flows/ melodies and high energy. Recently dropped my album “Reborn” streaming on all platforms.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
The day my daughter was born was the day my entire life changed. I Immediately had a whole new perspective on the world.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Fear of being accepted and judged for being who I am.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
That talent will get you far in the music industry. It’s all a money thing, if you have the money to put behind yourself, you can make it far.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What will you regret not doing? 
I would regret not starting my music career sooner. Time in life is so short, don’t wait.
