Hi Jurrelle, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Yes, most definitely. I’m always striving to learn new things and perfect my techniques. Being a people person is a plus as well. It helps to identify the consumers wants and needs.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Jurrelle also known as Ellerruj. I am a Father/Entrepreneur/Music Artist. Originally from Seattle, Washington and relocated to Phoenix, Arizona a few years ago. After years of working for and managing several different companies I decided to go into business for myself. I established Ellerruj Enterprises in 2022. It serves as an umbrella company to my business ventures. Currently, I own and operate Slanging SV Vapes which wholesales and distribute vapes. I also started a clothing line in 2023. All designs are custom made by myself and my team. We do everything from Hoodies, T-shirts, Dresses, Swimsuits, Shoes, Bags, and Purses to name a few. I’ve also dabbled in the Car Rental business for some time. Aside from the business man persona, I enjoy making music in the Pop/Rap/Hip-Hop genre. Ellerruj is my Artist Name. Look me up on all music platforms. Since moving to the Phoenix area I’ve come to know various people in all walks of life and in different industries. I believe it’s a place filled with endless possibilities.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Once I became a father and the responsibilities set in. It shed new light on what it means to be a provider, a protector, and role model.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Don’t give up. You’re gonna be alright.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I believe in myself. I’m a project all in itself. I work hard everyday to surpass my goals and achieve my ambitions. I’ve been on my own since the age of 15 and pride myself in how far I’ve come. There’s still more work to do but I’ll get there.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope they say I was there when they needed me. I have a big heart and giving spirit. That I made them laugh with my sense of humor. I was a friend they could count on.
