Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Bentley Ciimonne of Phoenix

We recently had the chance to connect with Bentley Ciimonne and have shared our conversation below.

Bentley, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
Im glad you asked that question. WE CHANGED OUR NAME; what once was Bentley Siimone is now pronounced the same, but spelled Bentley Ciimonne. The work we put into changing our name was tedious. After hours of configuring letters, maybe even days, we were able to unveil a name that fits both our expectations for our brand as well as our expectations for the way we are perceived by clients & customers. After studying the Pythagorean we stumbled upon the Chaldean calculator. The Chaldean was formulated in Ancient times by Semitic people who lived in Babylon. Its a tool that measures the letters in someone’s name for the purpose of revealing their life’s journey. We changed the second name of Bentley because we felt we could come a little harder in regards to future endeavors. Long term the name Siimone was resting on the core of our content creations; the heart chakra. As a whole between production and artist we felt like Bentley would do best of protecting herself health-wise by altering the spelling of her second name. It’s a bittersweet celebration due to Siimone being a derivative of Bentley’s great grandparents last name Simon. In the wake of Bentley’s great grandmother’s passing, many years ago, she created a name that would keep the memory of her Great Granny’s warm aura encamped around her daily. The two i’s in the name Siimone which is now Ciimonne represents her Great Granny’s essence of keeping an eye on Bentley and guiding her craft with first love and second dignity.
So, yes, there is more thought and work that goes into developing a heart felt brand than just the hard-work. Hard-work is a tradition that must be kept for generations by families. It starts with being a good person then leading the ones that look up to you with a gentle touch. A touch so gentle they still believe in themselves. Bentley Ciimonne is a name that now represents Bentley as a woman reflecting on her grace God has given to her not just her family values.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Bentley Ciimonne is a content creator that makes specialty videos or still photos demonstrating how to use a certain product.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child Bentley had many elders to look up to. Great grandparents, regular grandparents, a plethora of Aunts and
Uncles and too many cousins to count who for the most part had her back. Bentley looked up to her family more than she looked up to herself. Everything in Bentley’s mind was built on this fairytale. She believed that if she were obedient to her elders she would be blessed in life. Over time, however, if you’re chosen to you find your own light. Through the test of time Bentley was able to discover what values are. She meditated daily to unveil her higher self. She read through self-help books to get her to the next level. She did all these things juuuussstt to find out she’s simply growing up. So that old way of thinking was no longer conducive to what life was throwing at her in her new days. Bentley Ciimonne realized that the little girl she groomed herself to be was no longer a child. There were things happening that nobody had the answers to. Becoming a woman to Bentley means taking on the world on your own and knowing that nobody can do that for you.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering is a tough subject, but we all suffer from something at a particular point and time. Suffering while rich has taught Bentley to be angry and blame others for the way she feels.
Suffering while poor has taught Bentley to smile more and be nicer to people who are offering their services at a low wage. Its not everyday adults get to freely express themselves. Bentley. Ciimonne feels like everyone is fighting a silent battle and suffering from something in their own rich or poor way everyday.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
The public version of Bentley Ciimonne is something we’ve always treasured. Her image was cultivated to be bright, reflect positive energy and exude an inviting demeanor. Bentley Ciimonne as a social media influencer is someones dream.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. If immortality were real, what would you build?
Going back to Pythagorean and Chaldean numerology studies, Bentley Ciimonne strongly feels that immortality, as long as human is a race, in an essence is a real thing. People with the life path of 11 according to research are known to have lived multiple lifetimes. Its all very interesting, but you never know. If immortality were real Bentley would have wanted to build a modified way of life. A way that goes back to a village mentality of a community sticking together and spreading kindness.
