We recently had the chance to connect with Ashley K. Butler and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning Ashley K., we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Time invested with family and friends. I love, love, love time with my boyfriend, our families, and our peeps!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hey Y’all!
I’m Ashley K. Butler, a Cash Flow Advisor and financial educator with Alpha Omega Wealth. I serve women business owners and high-income professionals and teach them how to protect their income, organize their finances, and use cash-flow-driven strategies like Infinite Banking, income protection, and smart succession planning to strengthen both their present lifestyle and long-term legacy.
My work is unique because I take complex financial concepts and make them simple, actionable, and aligned with real-life goals. I love working with women business owners who are doing all they can to build businesses, raise families, and carrying multiple responsibilities. I help them create systems that support that and the life they’re working to build.
Every month I have something educational and practical to give whether it is through events in my Phoenix Cash Flow-ers community or Alpha Omega Wealth, or in my newsletters.
My mission is clear: I am here to help women business owners protect their income, stop leaking money, maximize cash flow, and build wealth and profitable businesses intentionally.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My relationship to God. His love, his forgiveness, and the way He has blessed me and has brought so many people to my aid, it’s all beyond anything I can think of.
He showed me how to love others. He show me how to forgive others because it is the right thing to do. Many great people have come into my life for good and I just want to be a person that He uses for the same to help others.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If you want more, give more.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. How do you differentiate between fads and real foundational shifts?
Easy – time. It reveals EVERYTHING.
Time will ALWAYS differentiate between fad and foundational shift.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
These are things that I have stopped doing months ago, but for those out there who are in business and who haven’t stopped, this is what I would tell them to stop doing immediately:
1.) Wasting time on low-value prospects or mass networking that doesn’t convert
2.) Procrastinating on important activities because of admin tasks
3.) Letting self-doubt or fear of rejection creep in and not execute
4.) Saying “yes” to everything when you should say “no”
5.) Not ask for help
6.) “Multitasking”
7.) Not paying yourself first
8.) Not checking in with people
