My name is Veronika Garcia, A.K.A Mz. Hotcakez. We are a traveling cottage licensed and insured bakery in Prescott Lakes,Arizona.

We absolutely love traveling to different cities to bless your pallets with our scratch made locally sourced ingredients.

We cater to wholesale, festivals, private events weddings, markets, partnerships, and local businesses, Including Catering for any special life moment or life celebration.

Our specialties are hosting wellness events and private retreats or gatherings.

Also, Party planning, meal preparation services, event coordination, and community fundraising.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
As our little bakery expands, our production increases and we need more reliable staff and a store front.

In many attempts to achieve a storefront our economy continues to put a damper on our business.

We are expanding our menu to healthier choices including our keto/paleo, gluten free vegan options and flourless recipes including sugar free tasty pastries.

We’ve been impressed with Hotcakez Baking Company , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a old fashioned *Nana*s Recipe Only Kitchen. Everything we do is scratch made and use custom techniques that cannot be touched.

Our unique creativity and resilience of being in the culinary industry for 20 plus years is something that speaks for itself.

Our locally sourced from Fresh Valley Farms and traditional magic recipes is what separates us from other bakeries.

We ship nationwide and are always open 7 days a week 8AM-2PM.

What are your plans for the future?
Expansion is coming with hot and cold food items coming soon! We hope for a better economy and bigger projects, festivals and collaborations within our communities.

This next year, We Shall see a bigger kitchen and or production space to call our own. We ask our community to support our endeavors to our successful goals we have set into place.
