Fullerton Financial Planning is a female-owned and family-operated business. Stephanie Fullerton and her mother Joyce started this company 17 years ago in the back of her car. Her husband, Steve Fullerton, joined the team after retiring as a police officer from Phoenix Police Department. Through years of hard work and dedication, they have grown their business to over 39 employees in multiple locations and many exciting growth opportunities. Fullerton Financial Planning serves and empowers our community through financial stewardship so that together, we can impact all generations. We are in the business of people. We have grown not only because of our excellence in our work but because of the true love and care we give to our clients and prospects. Going far beyond just their financial portfolios but to who they are as people. We love our clients well!

Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
It has been challenging, and I entered a male-dominated industry. I remember walking into a room of 1,000 advisors, and I was 1 out of 5 female advisors; it took many years of working hard and proving that I could sit at the table with the male advisor. The other big obstacle has been a woman business owner, leading a fast-growing company and making significant decisions that can affect many people, families, and employees.

It’s hard to put a price on the peace of mind afforded by financial security. The licensed investment advisors at Fullerton Financial Planning have decades of combined experience helping people find answers to complex financial questions.
