Inspiring Conversations with Sandra Bue of Gleaming in Love

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandra Bue.

Hi Sandra, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Gleaming – To shine from within. I started this journey about five years ago trying to juggle my needs, my family’s needs, the needs of my job and also being honorable to culture upbringings. Somehow in the space of growing up, living through a largely dysfunctional childhood and upbringing, becoming a young woman, migrating and becoming a citizen of the United States, entering adulthood, I realized my own sense of self-love was lacking in my soul.

I had a shift in my sense of “what I was told was normal” and what really was normal for me and my life. I began to question everything for myself and for my daughter. It’s a tough process, examining your past, forgiving yourself and others, being vocal about your feelings and thoughts. It was in allowing that process to evolve that I found a voice for myself. This is the healing process that I began to share with others.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Some of my biggest breakthroughs and moments of clarity came while working one on one with a Dr. and Life Coach. She had me examine pieces of my past that were really holding me back from creating the future I wanted to be living in. During these sessions and processes, I found a strong desire to help other women feel this same power that comes from doing the work with a coach. I made a choice to become a Certified Coach and advocate for creating a Life You Love. With huge support from family and friends, I enrolled in school and completed the work.

As a wife, a daughter, a mother and a sister, it was hard for me to ask for help and express my feelings. It was hard to understand my worth and the value it has in the lives closest to me. Having gone through this process, I’ve learned value does not depend on someone else’s opinion. It depends only on me. It takes people many years to understand and create outcomes around these difficult matters.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Now, as a Certified Health Coach, my focus is working with Women in the areas of Relationships, Spirituality, Nutrition, Exercise, and Career. As a Health Coach, I’ve tried to bring that process down to six months, start to finish, yes that’s right, six months! It requires work and diligence and you have to put in the effort. As your coach, I will help get you to your goals in the safest, most loving and cost-effective way possible.

Some things my clients have expressed they have learned is to love and accept that you don’t have to be perfect. That once acceptance is achieved, they are no longer shallow, materialistic or obsessive to be happy. Things begin to flow. That the rewire of that mindset attracts better friends, better relationships, better energy around myself and others. Discovering how simple behaviors can change how you see yourself, learning to set boundaries, living in peace with oneself are all so much more than education. They require patience, practice and love. With that comes worthiness and acceptance that only you and your own soul will know once achieved.

Knowing what you want in life and working for it is easier when you have the support of your love ones. Helping others gives me a sense of purpose- Helping others see the amazing opportunities they have is a feeling of happiness that is beautiful to share. I love listening to others’ journeys. Coaching around the idea of self-fulfillment creates amazing outcomes. I have discovered firsthand how Health Coaching creates positive, useful results in people’s life. We can all heal our life.

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
A good example of the effectiveness of my program was what happened during Covid19. Many people have been home, sitting with themselves. It’s as if collectedly there was a shift in energies and people started wanting to see themselves differently. Having time to sit with yourself can bring out a desire to find new roads of happiness, create new opportunities for fulfillment. As more people reached out, I found it amazing to connect people to areas of their lives they had ignored or not applied forgiveness and love to. It has been a transformational time for many. I am honored to be part of their process. It brings me great joy to see fulfillment in my client’s lives. When I see these results, I know I am on the right path. I am here, Gleaming for you.
