Inspiring Conversations with Randy Dominguez of Picture Perfect Detailing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Randy Dominguez

Hi Randy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started as just myself, a young 18-year-old who was in school and working a job on the side. After I graduated high school I had a lot more time to work and so I did. I worked as much as I could until I could quit my regular job and pursue my business full-time. I was in college when I realized that the education system wasn’t for me. Not that it was too hard, I had A’s my entire life in high school and college but it ate up too much of my time doing tedious tasks that had no relevance to what I wanted to do in the future. So after I dropped out of school I hit the ground running. Taking courses on marketing, advertising, sales, and real-life experience with running my own business. I am now 19 years old and have 6 people who work alongside me. We do mobile detailing that has super basic and affordable packages up to extravagant and exclusive packages for car fanatics. I also have expanded with another business where we do window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and paint correction. The name of that business is “ReflectPro Coatings”.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have definitely been some struggles. As expected running a business as a young person who has never done it before has been difficult. I have learned a lot and managed to overcome a lot of the issues that have arisen. Such as being young, not having a lot of money to work with in the beginning, not understanding the fundamentals of sales, not knowing how to make a website, logo, etc. But by just staying at it every day I was able to learn the ways around these problems

We are a mobile detailing business local to Scottsdale, Arizona, We come to you to maximize the level of convenience that we can provide to you as well as providing a level of quality that Arizona has never seen. My team of professionals has promised to ensure your satisfaction every time. We have three different packages, we made it so that at least one out of the three will meet your needs. Our customers most favorite thing about us is our attitude and respect. For some reason today it is hard to see a group of young guys that treat others with respect and integrity. I am proud to say that we are the opposite. We make sure that every customer is treated with the same respect as one would their parents. But aside from that we also provide a killer service, making sure no spot is left untouched and getting in all those cracks and crevices that car washes miss.
