Inspiring Conversations with Neel Mehta of Car Concierge Pro

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Neel Mehta.

Neel Mehta

Neel, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Let me take you down memory lane and tell you how I got here. It started with an unsettling personal experience I had in the automotive industry. I was in the market for a Nissan Rogue and connected with local dealerships, hoping for a profitable deal. However, I experienced pushy sales tactics instead of helpful guidance. It completely left me feeling deceived and irritated at points.

Somewhere, I realized that most car buyers had similar experiences of aggressive sales pressure and feeling taken advantage of. However, this car-buying experience should be delightful. I realized that my experience wasn’t unusual; instead, it was quite common. That was the point when something happened within me—I wanted to create a better way for people to buy and sell cars.

That’s where my journey as a Founder and Chief Negotiator started at Car Concierge Pro. I launched Car Concierge Pro (CCP), which aims to resolve this prevalent problem in the automotive industry. CCP had a simple but ambitious goal: to empower consumers with knowledge, advocacy, and fair deals. After successfully negotiating for my Nissan Rogue, I knew I couldn’t stop there—I had to start from there. I wanted to build something or bring some change in the automotive industry.

Although we started small, we were soon joined by a team of experts. CCP successfully guided over 550 clients through the complex car purchasing and selling world. We make their car dealing experience easy and profitable. CCP has secured savings totaling $3.2 million for our clients, ensuring each transaction is smooth and value for money. And we are aiming higher!

At Car Concierge Pro, we’re about transforming the exhaustive car-buying experience into a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story. Has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
Lack of awareness is the biggest hurdle when it comes to buying, selling, or trading in a car. Most people aren’t familiar with dedicated services that streamline these processes, leading to missed opportunities and confusion.

Some people even consider it gambling! Isn’t it bizarre?

Two major challenges:

1) Choosing a dealership to find the right vehicle and determining availability, selling price, and duration can be challenging.

2) Overpaying and hidden fees make car buying stressful. Customers have this constant fear of overpaying.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
