Inspiring Conversations with Megan Loda of Positively Fit Community

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Megan Loda.

MEGAN Loda

Megan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Have you ever experienced something that at the time was so bad but ended up being the best thing to ever happen to you?

When I was 21 years old, I had two herniated discs and was rushed into back surgery. I spiraled into a deep depression that eventually led me to start my health and wellness journey. I fell in love with prioritizing my health and started taking a holistic approach to recovery.

This changed my life in more ways than I ever could have imaged. Fast forward ten years and I have proven many doctors wrong living a PAIN FREE life and just celebrated six years with my health coaching company. The Positively Fit Community was created to give women the tools & support to live a healthy lifestyle without missing out on date night, vacations or girls night out.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There is not a single woman out there who hasn’t faced struggles with their fitness or business. However, what separates those who are successful from those who don’t give up?

They see the challenges as opportunities to grow and evolve into a better person. I am always striving to reframe my thinking and find the lesson with every struggle.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I created my first business, the Positively Fit Community, six years ago. We’ve now helped thousands of women prioritize their health and feel good in their skin while living a flexible lifestyle.

The support inside our community is unlike anything else out there. It was the thing I desperately needed when I got started on my journey. The women radiate positivity and inspire others to live a healthy and happy life.

Networking and finding a mentor can positively impact one’s life and career. Any advice?
I have had several mentors over my journey who have truly transformed my life in more ways then I ever could have imagine.

Look for a mentor who is where you want to be and that you feel you can connect with on a personal level. Take your time getting to know them to ensure you trust what they have to say.
