Today we’d like to introduce you to Martin Joseph.

Hi Martin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
Ever since I was a kid, I dreamed of being an entrepreneur. Back in 2011, when I was in fourth grade and desperately trying to launch any business I could and make money, I began making videos for YouTube. For my channel, I attempted to create T-shirts and sell them on the Facebook marketplace; from that point on, I have focused solely on YouTube and new business endeavors. I learned how to edit videos for other kids and soon became known as the “youtube kid” at my school; I also made some truly remarkable video projects for class. After starting to work 40-50 hours a week at a retail store the summer before my senior year of high school, I decided to document my experience in a book (https://amzn.to/3qVkT2B), which is now available on Amazon.

I’ve been using Shopify for website creation and drop shipping in my spare time and at school. After going through all of that, I realized I’m not cut out for working for someone else; I much prefer being my own boss. I’ve been making videos for YouTube for a long time, so I’ve picked up a lot of experience and expertise, and now I devote my full time to advising and assisting other creators with their own channels. I also offer YouTube Automation services, in which clients try to automate their YouTube channel while I create videos for them or assign a content team to do so. I am fortunate beyond words to be where I am. I launched MartinIsEpic LLC, a Christian media company, in March of 2021.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Lots of struggles, and each person and business has its own, best to learn from them and keep pushing and trusting Jesus throughout the way!

As you know, we’re big fans of MartinIsEpic LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are a media company that assists creators with tasks they find tedious, such as video editing, search engine optimization (SEO), metadata creation for websites, creation of thumbnails for YouTube videos, and pretty much anything else you can think of. Having grown up with YouTube, I enjoy both using it for my own purposes and as a tool to assist others in achieving theirs. YouTube Automation is a service I offer to people who don’t want to or can’t create their own videos but still want to reap the benefits of investing in a growing YouTube channel. For major TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media influencers, we also offer video editing services. When things get tough, all you can do is keep plugging away, grow from your mistakes, and put your faith in God. What I want people to take away from this is an understanding that social media gives you unprecedented freedom and is only getting more accessible to the average person. You can make a living playing basketball without making it to the NBA by becoming a trainer, teaching people online through platforms like YouTube and TikTok, and topping it all off with a blog website to generate even more cash. So many people amaze me with their potential, but they never allow themselves to fully explore it.

My Minecraft YouTube channel and website are linked up top, and both serve as free advertising platforms for developers of Minecraft add-ons; the website is supported financially by Google Adsense, which pays fairly well, and the download links are monetized by Linkvertise. I make money by creating highly-searchable videos on YouTube, such as “The Best Shaders on Minecraft,” which garners around 30,000 views in a month. From there, I direct a large portion of those viewers to my website, where they can download said shaders, whereupon I am compensated by YouTube for the ads on my video and Google for the ads on my website.

We enjoy assisting content creators by making engaging videos and websites that adhere to Google’s monetization guidelines, allowing them to earn as much as possible while doing what they enjoy.
