Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey McClafferty.

Hi Lindsey, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We wanted something adorable for women and would empower them. Lindsey and Danielle founded Winked Lashes together after being tired of spending hundreds of dollars a month and time on permanent lash extensions. As a mom of three, Lindsey did not have the time anymore to spend 2-3 hours in the salon every other week, and as a single mom, Danielle was tired of spending $400+ a month on lash extensions. Lindsey is a SAHM, and we all know how that can take a toll on you but winked lashes help bring me out of that SAHM / postpartum funk. Danielle is a busy working mom (a hairstylist ) and loves that she only has to put her lashes on once every 7 days giving her so much time back in her busy schedule. Each set is only $8 and can be reused, saving so much money.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Our community is insane; we have received much love and support since our November 2022 opening. We have struggled to get the word out for sure, but the community we do have has been so supportive.

Winked lashes are at home DIY eyelash extensions. They last 5-7+ days at a time. One box of lashes comes with three sets at only $22.99, meaning it only costs $8.00 for a week’s lash extensions. Our lashes can be cleaned and reduced 4-5 times if properly cared for. Our company is customer service driven and has a small business style, which sets us apart from the larger DIY lash companies. We know each and everyone one of our customers. Plus, we ship daily! Amazon has nothing on us. We also offer local same-day pickup in Surprise, AZ. We are proud to be a women-owned / mom-owned small business in Arizona.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
Sometimes customers think our products will only hold up if we are new. Our lashes are high quality! We did months and months of research testing our glue, ensuring it was solid and safe. And months, we created every lash style.
