Inspiring Conversations with Jordan Lynn of Infusi Energy Healing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordan Lynn.

Hi Jordan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a Holistic Health Energy Practitioner operating in the West Valley. What that means is I work with people’s energy systems in their bodies to promote health, balance, and wellness. I started this journey as a venture for improving my own health, particularly after I fell really ill in 2019. I went through a series of health complications that left me in a vulnerable state and having to pick up many of the broken pieces that were once normal and working for me. In the course of my journey, I lost the ability to eat, drive, sit or lay without constant pain and discomfort, or stand and walk without weakness and dizziness. I also succumbed to many health issues that took me out of work for months as I had to rest and reset. After visiting countless doctors and specialists, I decided to take my health in my own hands. I started with the limited mobility I had and incorporated a safe and gentle exercise routine. I went completely clean in my eating habits. I got outdoors in nature and found a balance in natural supplements and solutions (over traditional medications and routines). Even with all the changes in my life, I found I was still struggling with crippling migraines, fatigue, muscle weakness, and nerve pain to name a few of the major symptoms I was suffering. That is when I decided to take a leap and book a trip the summer of 2023 to a retreat in Hawaii. While on the island I was exposed to energy medicine by one of the retreat hosts, who performed a session with me. After the session I came out a completely different person. I noticed I felt different, lighter, calmer, more settled in my body. I knew from that moment I had to explore more. Once I arrived back in the mainland, I found an Energy Practitioner program where I started a year of studies and training. Originally, I started the program for myself. About 6 months in I realized I was hooked and I wanted to learn this so I could help others. Once I graduated from the program, I immediately began my practice to help others find the healing that I found. I knew the power that Energy Healing held, based on my own experience with it, and I wanted to be able to share and promote that healing in a greater way.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has been anything but smooth. I’ve had many setbacks along the way. I spent thousands of dollars in medical bills in search of answers for my health. All of which led me to dead ends. I came out defeated after every appointment, as I kept being told everything within my body showed as normal. Or I was being told to do the things I was already doing, like eat better and exercise. I wasn’t getting answers for my pain and complications that were happening in my body. I felt very isolated and alone in the journey. I was so scared that my body was showing signs of major autoimmune diseases, but I couldn’t actually come to a diagnosis. I thought the diagnosis was what I needed so I could finally begin to heal. My last straw was when a specialist told me I likely had fibromyalgia. I was actually waiting for that answer. To me it was the sign I had reached the end of the road, and they too could not understand my issues. I walked out of the doctor’s office that day not accepting that as my final answer. I knew there was more for me out there. I decided on that day that I would be my own advocate and seek what I so desperately needed, relief. It wasn’t easy. I had many setbacks. I had many trials balancing my diet. Some foods would completely spiral me and set me back days, sometimes weeks. Sometimes exercise would help with the pain, but other times it would exacerbate it. I literally had to learn my own body from the inside out again. After years of essentially being my own experiment, that’s when I uncovered energy medicine. That’s when I finally had the greatest tool at my disposal to flush out the parts of me that my body was storing. I was able to finally release anything from the physical aspects down to emotional and traumatic ones. I was given the tools to empower myself to heal, which served greater than any pill or protocol meant to simply calm the symptoms. This is the empowerment I want to now share with others.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
As a Holisitc Health Energy Practitioner, I utilize various (often ancient) techniques to rebalance and restore the body’s energy systems. Everyone is made of infinite energy. When the body’s energy system goes out of balance, it can experience a host of complications ranging from physical to emotional. Our bodies tend to hold onto past traumas, blockages, toxicity, and negative experiences. The body also can become overwhelmed through the course of everyday life, ranging from the additives in things we eat and drink, the materials we surround ourselves with, the noises and sounds we are exposed to, the stressors of daily tasks, and the energy of others around us. These overwhelming factors can flood the energetic system, causing it to flow in misdirection, slow down or completely stop, or become overstimulated. My goal as an Energy Practitioner is to guide the body back into balance and proper flow. I will use a series of techniques to accomplish this, such as working with acupressure points, tapping into auric and meridian energy channels, and promoting meditative states through various sound and hand techniques. All of these techniques have one ultimate goal, which is to activate the individual’s body to begin its own healing. The practice is meant to remind the body how to function and flow so that it can begin to heal itself. My purpose is to empower others to take back their lives into their own hands. By working with me 1×1 in energy sessions, we begin the activation of the body. I then provide my clients with knowledge and educational tools so they can practice some of the exercises at home on their own. This will continue the work that we do in session and build the momentum in the body’s energetic system. When a client comes to me, they get me for more than just a session. They get me for a lifetime. I intend to set them up so that their journey continues well beyond the walls of our interaction and experience together. I also have various services that are customized and focused around the most prominent area of need for each individual. This allows the client to select the best option for them. I also offer payment plan opportunities and various price ranges so that I stay accessible to certain capacities for many. I am also preparing to expand my practice into online sessions. Coming this year! I’ve really wanted to grow my practice as far as it can reach. Venturing into the online space will allow me to reach and help more out there who may be struggling with the same or similar issues I have experienced.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Where do I begin with this question? My biggest supporters in this journey have been my inner circle. Those beautiful people who rallied behind me at my worst times. Some of them sent me food when I was not feeling well and not able to cook. Some drove me to doctor’s appointments when I couldn’t drive because I was so dizzy. Others checked in with me constantly to see how I was doing. My support system that stayed during my most vulnerable time was greatly solidified through my health struggles and setbacks. I do want to thank my naturopathic practitioners who gave me the knowledge and encouragement to find my own way to health. I also met some amazing individuals along the path to healing. Particularly when I joined my Energy Practitioner program, I made some lifelong bonds and community. I was able to be understood on a far greater level by the people who were experiencing these similar struggles and found energy healing along the way. I am very thankful for the strong businesswomen I have met when I started my practice. The ones who supported my path and gave advice as I was just trying to figure things out. Those women are absolutely something to behold. I also have to attribute the greatest and most sincere form of gratitude for my retreat hosts in Hawaii. They opened the door to my new life, before I even knew it was opened or what anything was. My experience during that time forever changed my course. I am so grateful, and that is why I want to repay the kindness and care that has been provided to me.
