Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Kelly Lupo, ND.

Hi Dr. Kelly, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my private medical practice in late 2019, focusing on women’s health, hormones, fertility, weight loss, and IV vitamin therapy. After struggling for years with my own hormone journey with PCOS and Endometriosis, I felt defeated by the conventional medical system. It wasn’t until I learned about naturopathic medicine that I finally got answers for my own health and was able to manage my symptoms naturally without medications or surgery.

After graduating medical school, I knew I wanted to fill the gap in the women’s health field and advocate for others who were similarly dismissed by their previous doctors and left without answers or long-term solutions. In my practice, I investigate deeper with comprehensive lab work to get to the root of your symptoms and use both natural and integrative approaches to manage your health concerns.

After 6 years as a solo practitioner and one woman show running my business, I have decided to expand my practice and open a brand new holistic medspa in the west valley. By combining both naturopathic and aesthetics services, we’ll help our patients look and feel their best from the inside out. Reclaim Medical and Aesthetics will officially be launching in January 2026.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Anyone who owns a small business can tell you that it’s never a smooth or easy road, regardless of the industry. You will be tested time and time again, but the ones who succeed are able to pivot, adapt, and overcome those challenges without fear.

For me, my first challenge was opening my practice a few months before COVID hit and navigating how to survive my first year in business with zero business knowledge and under strict medical and economic restrictions due to lockdowns. Thankfully, I was deemed an essential worker and my social media platforms began to grow at the time. Six months into my practice, I had a constant influx of new patients, both in person and virtual, and was educating millions of people online about hormone health.

My second biggest challenge was after having my daughter in 2022 and learning how to navigate both motherhood as a newly single mom and my career. My practice pivoted quite a bit that year, switching from a brick-and-mortar to 100% virtual, picking up and moving across the valley to be closer to family, and then opening up a salon suite. Without the support of my family, friends, loyal patients and my now fiancé, I don’t know how I would’ve made it to where I am today.

We’ve been impressed with Reclaim Medical and Aesthetics, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Over the past 6 years in business, I pride myself on always being the face of my brand. I share with my community my own health struggles, the ups and downs of business, motherhood, relationships, hormone health education, medical news updates, and so much more. My patients find comfort in knowing that I have been in their shoes seeking answers for similar health concerns and I am a human behind the white coat.

In my practice, I currently specialize in hormones, seeing everything from period problems to fertility to menopause. I offer bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy for both men and women, along with IV vitamin drips, B12 shots, and acupuncture. At Reclaim Medical and Aesthetics, we will be adding additional service providers offering new services including non-invasive body contouring, facials, micro-needling, neurotoxins, dermal fillers and more.

What matters most to you?
In my personal life, my daughter, fiancé and my family matter most. Everything I do is for them and I’m grateful to be able to share my successes so far with the people I love. They keep me grounded and motivated to continue working as hard as I can to be the best doctor, mom and version of myself.

From a professional standpoint, making a lasting impact on my patients is my goal. Oftentimes I am the 5th, 6th or 7th provider they’ve seen seeking help and I want to be the one who took the time to truly listen to their concerns and work to find a solution.
