Hi Dr. Fadi, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I grew up living all over the world and spent most of my younger years in New Zealand, which deeply shaped my outlook on life, people, and community. That global upbringing taught me empathy, adaptability, and the importance of meaningful human connection, and values that later became the foundation of our approach to dentistry. From early on, I was drawn to the blend of science, precision, and artistry that dentistry offers. After years of training and refining my skills in both restorative and cosmetic care, I realized I wanted to create something different, an office where patients felt genuinely seen, heard, and cared for. That vision became Restoration Dental. Today, our mission is to restore not just smiles, but confidence, trust, and long-term health in the community we now proudly calls home in Arizona.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We purchased and opened Restoration Dental during the height of COVID, a time filled with uncertainty, fear, and a real question of whether we would even survive as a new practice. The world felt unstable, and so did the future of healthcare. On top of that, we quickly realized that nearly 80% of patients walking through our doors carried fear and deep mistrust from past dental experiences. It became clear that our mission wasn’t just to fix teeth, it was to restore trust. Today, that is at the heart of everything we do. We focus on slowing down, listening, educating, and treating people with honesty and compassion so we can change the way they feel about dentistry for good.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Restoration Dental is a full-service dental practice built on the belief that great dentistry should be both medically sound and beautifully done. We provide everything from routine preventive and general dentistry to advanced restorative care, implant dentistry, and comprehensive aesthetic treatment. While we are known for our high-level cosmetic work, such as smile makeovers, veneers, whitening, and Invisalign, our foundation is always long-term oral health first.

What sets us apart is our patient centered approach and our unique comfort menu, which offers spa like touches to encourage self-care and significantly reduce dental anxiety.

Brand-wise, we’re most proud of creating a space where elevated dentistry meets genuine care. Our goal is simple, to deliver exceptional results while changing the way people feel about going to the dentist.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
My greatest supporter is my wife, Mary, who helped build Restoration Dental from the ground up and continues to drive our vision and growth. Our incredible team, Jasmyn (lead assistant), Tracey (office manager), Sanela (hygienist), and Ayda and Kristina—brings heart, precision, and compassion to every patient experience. I’m also deeply influenced by my parents, who have dedicated their lives to healthcare and educating future dentists. Their example of service and integrity shaped everything I do.

Lastly, our patients deserve immense credit, many took a chance on us during uncertain times, trusted us with their care, and helped spread the word about our practice through referrals and genuine support. Their belief in us, especially in the early days, helped shape everything we are today.
