Hi Dillon, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Basketball background:

– middle school
– High school
– College
– Professional level.

Got into a career after college (work)
– had 4 jobs in about a year
– Got into a depressive state (gained weight over 300lbs)
– Lost with what I wanted to do.

Conference in NOLA
– $200 in a bank account
– Met coach Burt who challenged me to go pro in the business
– Had $20 at the conference (bought dinner for a high-level biz guy)
– He was a guide to get me into real estate investing consulting
– Gifted $20 to get me home.

Business career started
– Got an IG message saying I want you to help me build a real estate brand
– Got into real estate consulting for 2 1/2 years (Helped 200 biz either start and/or scale).

Arizona
– moved to AZ
– Made incredible connections (environment)
– Took my thinking to next level
– Accelerated my income but still knew there was more.

Started ELS (Current business)
– CEO of Elite Leadership Solutions.
– take entrepreneurs from average to ELITE personally and professionally.
– High-performance coach-I help entrepreneurs find clarity and then take
action in that desired direction.

Current Other Ventures working on.
– investing in real estate.
– developing an education company for homeschool families.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Starts with not making the basketball team at a young age; going through a season with mental health challenges.

My Father-in-law passed away; moving to Florida from Georgia and restarting career path; fought depression/anxiety for several years trying to find clarity.

What makes you happy?
Spending time with family- they are my roots; they know me to my core. Seeing those close to me win in life- I love living in a winning environment. Taking Adventures- I have an adventurous spirit & life is too short not to explore God’s creation.

Disney- it all started with a vision; my wife and I enjoy going to the parks.

Golf- I love that it challenges my mindset when I make a bad shot (which happens often), leisure sport to share with friends, and business opportunities that come from it even.

College football (Auburn)- a family tradition.

Serving others/Generosity- it’s what I do; my heart is to make $1B so I can give it all away when I pass away.
