Hi Demetrius, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
My story begins in Europe, Germany is exactly where I was born. From that point I traveled a majority of Europe before my 12th birthday, This granted me the opportunity to interact with people with diverse points of view and cultural upbringings.

I developed empathy for others and the desire to solve problems to improve the lives of others at a young age and over the years that followed I would begin many businesses including a website-building firm at the age of 12. Marro Technologies Inc. is the natural progression of this, birthed from a deep desire to help others and solve large problems. Today, Marro Technologies is an advanced analytics software firm that quantifies user activity in the remote and outsourced workforce.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There has been a number of challenges ranging from capital to talent acquisition, however my upbringing, which was made up primarily of traveling prepared me to adapt and persevere despite the current challenges and the challenges we may face as a firm in the future.

Improving corporate culture globally and providing a sustainable solution to current and future pain points as it relates to outsourced and remote work.

The aforementioned are important to me because in due time my children will enter the workforce and as someone who entered corporate America at an early age id like their experience and the experience of their peers to be one that promotes work-life balance, fairness, and growth opportunities based on reliable metrics as opposed to antiquated systems that often times don’t accurately reflect employee output and efforts.
