Today we’d like to introduce you to Deborah Davis.

Hi Deborah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I fell in love with the business a decade ago and never looked back. In 2019 the auction house that I thought I would spend the remaining years with, filed bankruptcy leaving my clients without their treasures and the proceeds from the sales. I knew I never wanted my clients to be in that position again so I started The Az Auctionista to bring my clients to an auction house and estate sale company that I trusted would yield the most success for the disposition of their treasured pieces

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As an out-the-gate entrepreneur without an advertising budget, social media became the go-to for promoting our services. Not being a techie, I was able to enlist the assistance and expertise of two pros to assist in creating the brand and for that, I will always be grateful.

We match clients in transition with the best solution for the best outcome for their unique situation. We offer international auctions, estate sales, and appraisals when needed. Whether our clients are downsizing, inherited personal property, or have the need to liquefy a collection, we have the solution! Our international auction house has thousands of bidders worldwide just waiting for the next auction catalog to appear so they may bid. Bidding can happen in person, online, or by phone. Our international auction brings fine art, jewelry & timepieces, Native American art, western art, rugs, carpets, silver coins, textiles, and automobiles to name a few, are auction favorites.

Our estate sale division services partial or entire estates with white glove service to alleviate the stress of our clients in transition. We stage, research, and photographs to create a catalog for our well-attended estates. We generally have buyers lined up in droves an hour prior to opening. Need an appraisal to determine the worth of an estate or for insurance purposes? We offer that too!

Clients in these situations need a quick solution and if we find that we are unable to meet their needs, we will always offer alternatives.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
There will always be a need for our industry as long as people are in transition. Whether they are downsizing, inheriting property, or need to liquidate a collection for financial reasons, WE WILL BE HERE FOR THEM!
