Today we’d like to introduce you to Daziah Adame.

Hi Daziah, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
Hello, my name is Daziah & I’ve been an esthetician for 4 years now. I have always loved connecting and meeting with people but once I started esthetician school and realized how much we connect with our guests I was thrilled. I did facials for a while but then I noticed I couldn’t really talk to my guests because they were there to relax. I decided to take the journey into learning & mastering the art of waxing.

I became obsessed right away. I loved interacting with my guests and helping them through the experience as well as informing them of how to care for their skin before & after. I knew I always wanted to open my own business I just had to wait for the right moment. Well, that moment came in August of 2022. I’m so proud and thankful for Face it Darling AZ and my best friend and business partner Amber. Amber has been a wax specialist for 9 years. She’s amazing at what she does. We both worked together and wanted to take the leap into starting our own business and I’m happy that we did.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There will always be bumps in the road that we have to work to overcome, but it has been a decently easy process. I do struggle a bit with social media.

I had a hard time creating the website and integrating our booking site so that took me 2 months because I’m not very tech-savvy. It’ll always take some hard work to run a business and make it a successful one, but it’s so worth it!

At Face it Darling AZ, we specialize in face & full body waxing services. We aim to provide the best service and want our guests to leave feeling better than they did when they walked in! What matters most to you? Why?
Guests matter the most because without them there wouldn’t be a business. Our guests are what make us excited and look forward to showing up for work. The second thing that matters the most is that we provide an amazing experience for our guests.
