Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Miller.
Danielle, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve dreamed of starting my own business ever since I was a 19-year-old flight attendant. After flying the friendly skies, I landed a role in property management—where I first discovered my love for planning community events. That passion quickly evolved into an obsession with food, hospitality, and the idea of helping restaurants shine.
Over the past decade, I’ve built a career I’m truly proud of—working in catering and events, selling and marketing for some of the most beloved brands in the Valley.
In 2024, I made a bold pivot. With a little extra time and a lot of passion, I finally decided to go for it. My husband and I built a custom charcuterie cart, and just like that, my business was born.
Today, I offer a fresh, elevated take on traditional charcuterie boards and grazing tables—curated, stylish, and full of personality. It’s fun, it’s thoughtful, it’s me… and I’m just getting started.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There have definitely been plenty of bumps along the way. I’m still working full-time, so building my brand has meant early mornings, late nights, and a lot of hustle during non-traditional hours. The cart itself took much longer than expected—from navigating permits to setting up business accounts, there were countless behind-the-scenes steps I hadn’t fully anticipated. But every challenge has been part of the learning curve, and it’s all been worth it.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Charbar AZ ?
Charbar AZ is a fresh, modern way to experience charcuterie at your event. While grazing tables and boards have become popular, I wanted to take it a step further—with a mobile charcuterie cart that folds up, pops up, and brings the party to you.
When I saw this concept, I immediately knew I had to build it and bring it to our community. As a host, you don’t have to sacrifice your counter space or dining table. Nothing gets touched or moved—everything stays beautifully displayed, perfectly chilled, and served by your very own “Chartender.” No setup, no cleanup. We roll in, serve, and roll out. It’s a beautiful thing when the host actually gets to enjoy the party.
We also customize the experience based on your vibe—think brunch bars, sandwich bars, bruschetta spreads, salad carts, desserts—you name it. Guests receive their own mini charcuterie board and can visit the cart as often as they like. It’s fun, elevated, and totally unforgettable.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I like to think I attract a little luck—but I know it’s hard work that truly gets me where I want to go. I’m incredibly grateful for every opportunity that’s come my way and don’t take any of it for granted.
