Hi Cinthia , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi, I’m Cinthia, and my husband, Jose, and I are proud owners of a growing dealership ”El Auto Dealer” in Mesa, Arizona.
Our story began in 2020 when I decided to get my dealership license while still working a 9-to-5 job. What started as a side hustle quickly grew into a passion, and by 2021, I knew it was time to leave my job and dedicate myself fully to building the dealership. That same year, I met Jose, and since we married in 2022, we’ve worked together to expand our business. Now, with over 60 cars in inventory, we operate from a larger, upgraded location in Mesa. Beyond the dealership, we’re also investing in real estate, managing several rentals as part of our vision for the future.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Sales is definitely not a smooth road but can be very rewarding if you know how to manage it and control the stress. Struggles along the way is sales they can be low or they can be high at times.

Throughout this journey, I’ve relied solely on my own determination and the unwavering support of my husband. From the beginning, it’s been just the two of us working together to build and grow this dealership. I didn’t have outside help, role models, or advocates in the industry—just a vision of what I wanted to create and the drive to make it happen. My husband’s support has been invaluable, and together, we’ve turned our dreams into reality.
