After serving in the US Army, I went back to school to learn more about business. I achieved my Masters degree in business administration and had started a small business consulting firm in Arizona. Over the years of working with many different business owners and industries, we decided to create Commission Based Marketing and Commission Based Sales as websites: Commissionbasedmarketing.com & CommissionBasedSales.com. We launched the sites and imediatly took the first ranking spot on search platforms when people look up “Commission Based Marketing”. Which often times happens after another marketing agency really fails the customer and over promises results that they simply will not achieve. We started crafting our program to help business owners get results while not breaking their bank accounts allowing the companies we work with to grow and scale effectivly. Over time, we even help automate and train new employees as we step back into a more consultation role to continue helping the companies increase revenue and save money.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
For the most part, it has been a great experience. There were some struggles early on with identifying clients that we do not want to work with or are simply not the best fit for our approach to business growth. Over the years we have really fine tuned our ability to hand select applicants and work with indiviuals who are ready to work with a professional executive team.
