Hi Charlie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our founder and owner, Charlie Taylor, moved to Scottsdale, AZ and realized the need for high quality real estate photography. Being an entrepreneur and a professional photographer he embarked on a journey to set up a real estate photography company that would provide agents with high quality media and excellent customer service. He knocked on doors and offered free photos to agents in the area and before he knew it Snap2Close was flourishing. He never planned for Snap2Close to grow this large. Today, we have over 1,000 customers, have photographed thousands of homes, and have added 15 professional photographers to our staff. We have also expanded into other markets and plan to continue expansion efforts.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Snap2Close is a small family owned and operated business. We go the extra mile to ensure all of our clients are happy no matter what the cost to us. With that being said, money for expansion is tight without investors. Marketing is always a challenge financially but expansion and marketing to other markets has been a rocky road. We are finally up and running in Dallas, TX but it has been slow. Dallas has much more competition and it is difficult to run on the ground marketing with our director or marketing being in Phoenix. We are working on other markets like Brooklyn, NY and Tampa, FL but learning how those markets work is definitely a challenge but we are certainly up for it!

Snap2Close specializes in high quality real estate media for agents. We hire and develop professional photographers and train them to exceed industry standards. We strive to always be on the cutting edge of new tech and offerings for our agents to help them excel. We are incredibly proud of our staff who offer exceptional customer service and professionalism. Our current services include photography, walkthrough video tours, 2D and 3D floor plans, 3D virtual walkthrough videos, Zillow 3D tours, Matterport tours, drone photography and videography, twilight photography, property tour websites, and various social medial packages. We include a floor plan in all of our photo packages (something a lot of our competitors do not do). We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
The role of luck in our business is an interesting subject. The founder of Snap2Close believes that the definition of luck is when preparation + hard work meets the opportunity.

Charlie, our founder, is always evaluating newer concepts and technologies that will benefit our customers. As a result, we have been invited to beta test many new systems for Matterport, Zillow, CubiCasa and others. During the Covid pandemic, Snap2Close doubled its business because it was so prepared for 3D technology which replaced the need for open houses. The opportunity was the pandemic, the preparation was product knowledge, and the hard work included all the steps we took to educate the market place that we could fulfill their needs.

Snap2Close has been an innovator in the developing markets for floor plans, interactive floor plans, and architectural rendered videos. Our luck in these markets were purely based upon our preparations and hard work.
