Hi Brennan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Before Flying V Group was formed I was running a Digital Marketing company of my own (BCS Concepts, LLC) focusing on Social Media Marketing and Paid Advertising for clients in both California and Arizona. At the same time, Flying V Group was being run by Robb and Tyler Fahrion with a focus on Web Design, SEO, and PPC for clients mainly in California.

The 3 of us got together to join our books of business and combine our services to be a premier one-stop shop for Digital Marketing under the name Flying V Group. We alleviate our clients’ need to worry about marketing, lead generation, and anything digital to allow them to focus on what they do best (auto glass repair, being a lawyer, dentist, etc.); it doesn’t really matter the service. Over the last 7 years, our co-founders (Brennan Smith, Robb Fahrion, and Tyler Fahrion) have grown the company from 3 to 19 employees servicing customers in the AMERICAS, EMEA & APJ.

Our goal as a company is to forge long-lasting, win-win business partnerships. We value our work, but we value our relationships even more, which is why we do everything in our power to deliver above and beyond expectations. Performance is everything.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Growth is never smooth but you can either learn to release control of certain aspects of the business and intrust others (employees) to take the reins or you will end up never reaching new levels of success.

During “COVID” times, we immediately lost about 50-60% of our book of business which at the time were the hardest hit (smaller businesses, mom-and-pop shops, etc.) who were forced to close their doors without any notice or say. Instead of doing the same we doubled down on our business, invested 2x in blog and content creation around our website, and worked double the time to grow and expand our business to a larger clientele not only in California and Arizona but worldwide.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Flying V Group?
We offer a “white glove” approach when it comes to our clients. Not only do they get us for the services they sign up for but they get highly educated consults that at the end of the day are businessmen and women using digital marketing to help grow our clients’ businesses and drive new revenue via digital marketing.

What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
One of the important lessons I learned is the importance of adaptability and flexibility in the face of change and uncertainty. In today’s fast-paced business environment, the ability to quickly pivot and adjust to new market conditions, government shutdowns, consumer preferences, and technological advancements can be the difference between success and failure.

Additionally, the ability to anticipate and plan for potential challenges and opportunities can also be crucial for long-term success.
