Hi Asher, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
BUYAZRE is not just a thriving real estate company; it’s the culmination of my personal experiences and entrepreneurial spirit. From a childhood filled with multiple moves and family dynamics to a deep-rooted passion for helping others, this article explores my journey and the core values that drive BUYAZRE’s success.

Growing up in Calabasas, CA, and later relocating to Scottsdale, AZ, I was inspired by my father’s entrepreneurial achievements and aspired to follow in his footsteps. The constant moves and financial ups and downs taught me valuable skills in conflict resolution and understanding people. These experiences also highlighted the significance of a home beyond its physicality, emphasizing its role in providing stability and serving as a foundation for future wealth-building.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family with strong values, the desire to start my own business was ingrained in me from an early age. Whether selling school fundraisers or lightly used scholastic books, I exhibited an unwavering drive for success. After graduating from Arizona State University with a communication degree, I ventured into the real estate industry, initially focusing on commercial properties. In 2011, I founded BUYAZRE, marking my transition to residential real estate. Today, I am proud to call Desert Ridge my home, where I live with my loving wife and three children.

Would it have been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Establishing BUYAZRE came with its fair share of challenges, especially after the financial crisis. Many prospects were hesitant due to past losses. Acquiring clients and managing day-to-day operations proved demanding. However, my persistence, determination, and resilience allowed me to navigate these obstacles. Building a business with limited contacts while nurturing ambitious aspirations required unwavering commitment.

At BUYAZRE, we are a team of like-minded individuals committed to making a positive impact on the real estate community. We help people Buy, Sell, Invest and Rent Real Estate. Our philosophy centers around “Love Where You Live.” This principle extends beyond a fondness for one’s physical dwelling, emphasizing holistic well-being in all aspects of life. Through education, unwavering dedication, and ethical practices, we strive to enhance the client experience and consistently achieve exceptional results.

Throughout my journey, several key factors have played pivotal roles:

1. Mentors: The guidance and support of knowledgeable mentors have been instrumental in my growth and development, providing invaluable insights that shaped my path.

4. Daily Motivation: I wake up each morning with a mindset of starting fresh, believing that there are zero escrows open. This outlook drives me to seize opportunities, tackle challenges head-on, and create success.
5. Relationship Building: Recognizing the value of every relationship, I prioritize nurturing connections with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals. Genuine connections, and strong relationships have been instrumental in the growth of my business.
