Today we’d like to introduce you to Armando Gomez. 

Hi Armando, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I used to work in Corporate. Straight out of high school I got lucky and got a job at Chase Bank working at The Chase Tower Downtown. I liked it but never really felt fulfilled and knew I wanted more. After being with the bank for about 10 years I made the decision to jump into Real Estate. 

I started off working on the Revisto Team mentored by Joshua Smith. The first two years were tough and a grind figuring out the business and the way I’d like my business to be ran to allow me to live the life I wanted. By the 3rd year, I got things all figured out and put in place and have been growing and doing better every year. 

I built my business working Online leads through Facebook, setting the appointments, and having my team of Agents conduct the appointments and get the client closed and taken care of at the highest level possible. Now in my 6th year, we’ve started our own team It’s A Breeze Real Estate, and have about 30 Agent Partners and are able to work our personal business anywhere we have Wi-Fi and cell phone connection. 

It has been one of the toughest, scariest, yet best rides I’ve been on. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nooooo!!! LOL 

Learning the industry! 

Figuring out our systems and process to help us serve our clients to the highest level without sacrificing being a parent, husband, my health, and passions. 

Setting up the best schedule for us at each season of our journey 

Adjusting to different market types and a pandemic. 

Switching our business from in-person to virtual. 

Growing a team

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I’m an Arizona Native and LOVE AZ. I’m normally always wearing something to represent our beautiful and amazing state! 

Our Sunsets are some of the best in the world. Our nature makes for an outdoor enthusiast’s dream and we take full advantage. 

Love seeing all our growth and the way it attracts all different types of people making it an awesome melting pot.
