Inspiring Conversations with Alyssa Ramos and Brianna Ordaz of Bare Beauty AZ

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alyssa Ramos and Brianna Ordaz . 

Hi Alyssa Ramos and Brianna Ordaz. We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today. Can you start by introducing yourself?
We are both Arizona natives and met way back in elementary school! We have been best friends for 13 years now. Growing up Alyssa knew she wanted to open a business, and Brianna always wanted to be a teacher. Both never had aesthetics in mind. In 2020 Brianna met an esthetician who inspired her to look into that field. That night she found a esthetician school with only a few openings, two days later we were enrolled. After we graduated, trying to find our way into the esthetics world, covid happened. We were stuck with a license and no opportunities. A year later over some pasta and wine we decided to open a business, together. A week later we had our keys, a massage table, and a dream. That’s how Bare Beauty AZ was started. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a smooth road?
Coming into the business world without knowing anything has been the biggest challenge so far. We both were so new to esthetics and being business owners we didn’t know a lot of people in the same field, or people who could help with our millions of questions. There was lots of tears, there still is! Luckily, we are both goal driven and would do anything to make Bare Beauty be successful. We knew with God on our side everything was going to be just fine.

At Bare Beauty AZ we specialize in custom facials, brazilian waxes, and eyebrow maintenance. Our number one priority is making our clients feel comfortable during the service and leave with confidence after. What sets us apart from others is that we always make sure our clients know that their goals are our top priority. We created a home-like environment inside our suite to make it feel cozy and inviting during your visit. One thing we go by is to give quality, show compassion, and spread knowledge. 

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
In 5-10 years, we hope to have branched out from our suite to a storefront building where we can offer job opportunities to future estheticians. We would also like to speak at high schools about the option of trade school and at esthetician schools about options after graduating.
