Hi Will, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
In 1993, at the age of 17, I experienced a life-altering event that set the course for my future. I fell off a mountain, breaking both arms and legs in multiple places. The grueling journey of rehabilitation that followed ignited my passion for physical therapy. That passion propelled me into PT school, where I was determined to help others overcome physical adversity as I had.

However, life threw another curveball my way. In the wake of the 9/11 attacks, I found myself under suspicion of terrorist activity—a situation as absurd as it was terrifying. Though I was completely innocent, the experience was a stark reminder of the importance of standing firm in your beliefs, even in the face of unfounded accusations. This ordeal strengthened my resolve to make a difference in the world, starting with my commitment to physical therapy.

When I began my career, I immediately ventured into private practice, but I quickly realized that my passion for helping patients wasn’t enough. I was a terrible business owner, stumbling through the complexities of running a practice until I made the pivotal decision to hire coaches. With their guidance, I transformed my practice, eventually expanding to five locations across the Southeast Valley. In 2018, I sold these practices, a milestone that marked the beginning of a new chapter.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to helping medical entrepreneurs avoid the mistakes I made early on. I’ve founded four companies, each with the mission to empower medical professionals to start, scale, and sell their practices. Among these is Virtual Rockstar, my largest venture, where I lead a team of over 100 employees. This virtual assistant company is the cornerstone of my efforts to revolutionize how medical practices operate.

Despite my professional achievements, my true passion remains my family—my wife of 26 years and our four sons. They are my anchor and my inspiration. My life’s work is rooted in the belief that entrepreneurs are the key to transforming our broken healthcare system. By empowering medical entrepreneurs to increase their impact on patients, I hope to be part of the change that our healthcare system desperately needs.
