Who We Are
We are Austin Goodale and Lynn
Goodale, owners and principals of the Goodale Realty Team at JK Realty, a dynamic independent real estate brokerage with over 250 agents serving the Metro Phoenix area.

Austin Goodale, JD, MBA, is an Arizona attorney (SBA009989) with 30 years family law litigation experience in the Maricopa County Superior Court, retired from active law practice, now in full time real estate practice.

During his active law practice, Austin served the Court, the bar, and the public as a Family Court Judge Pro Tem, and he continues today serving the Court, the bar, and the public as a Special Real Estate Commissioner, as a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, & licensed Arizona Realtor for Civil, Family Law, Probate & Bankruptcy matters.

Lynn Goodale, co-owner and principal of Goodale & Goodale PLLC, has significant legal and real estate experience, and currently serves the Court, the bar, and the public as a Special Real Estate Commissioner, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, and licensed Arizona Realtor for Civil, Family Law, Probate & Bankruptcy matters.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We are Natives of the Valley and are a family owned and veteran owned real estate team and brokerage with experience in the legal and real estate industry spanning decades.
