Hidden Gems: Meet Saul Sutton of LETSSCALE

Today we’d like to introduce you to Saul Sutton. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Saul Sutton IV is a Business Growth Strategist with expertise in Scaling Operations. His company LetsScale designs customized, results-based, operations growth strategies using their proprietary process.

Saul is a COO and former corporate leader with experience scaling Amazon delivery services across the US at its inception by developing and managing a lean, effective and happy workforce.

He is determined to build thriving companies by creating effective operating models to solve organizations’ greatest challenges. He develops and consults executive leaders, helping them align their corporate initiatives with their business objectives – with deep integrity and intention. Saul is an efficiency expert in creating lean and powerful omnichannel strategies that increase revenue by identifying where there is waste at the bottom line.

Committed to impacting and positive influence, in the last 3 years, Saul has saved companies over $10 million. He transitioned from his intrapreneurial role at Amazon to true entrepreneur, and co-founded a rapidly growing VC-funded AI staff start-up Ease, Inc., as COO, building human-centric, innovative HR solutions for the ‘Future of the Workforce.’

Most importantly, Saul and his team’s commitment to producing real results has forged trusting relationships helping businesses grow exponentially. He founded LetsScale a Christian consulting company with a vision and mission to improve society by bringing positive influence to the culture at large. This is why 10% of all our business profits go to locate and international charities as well as churches.

He hopes that in the future people won’t even realize that LetsScale started off selling Growth Strategy and Operations Management Consulting services. Instead, they’ll know LetsScale as a service company that empowered executives to help create a better tomorrow.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
With any business, there are always challenges you will face along the way in our case Covid-19 delayed our launch date by a year.

However, during the pandemic, we found opportunities to support businesses’ growth by helping them address areas in the business that they lacked resilience. Helping them to find trusted partners and navigate through complex challenges.

By developing agile customized growth strategies based on the clearly defined objectives that added value and benefited them within the year.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What do you like best about our city? I like that the city is full of ambitious business owners and entrepreneurs willing to invest to scale their businesses. I believe Arizona is turning into the next silicon valley attracting investors, entrepreneurs, and large corporations because of its focus on innovation.

What do you like least about our city? I dislike that the city isn’t putting more resources into creating awareness about its efforts to develop entrepreneurs and attract investors. I believe one of the biggest challenges that businesses face is knowing how to connect with each other.

I believe Arizona has the resources, vision, and drive to foster that community. That’s something I personally would love to be a part of serving the community.
