Hidden Gems: Meet Sam Levy of The Brokery

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sam Levy.

Hi Sam, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started as a realtor in 2014. I got into the business because I had a family home to sell (my family did), and they asked if I wanted to try it. I was a senior in college at the time and figured why not. The market was on fire then, so selling the home took 10 days, and I made more money than ever. After that, I went to work at a marketing agency. 2016 that agency went under, and I pursued Real Estate full-time. In 2018, I joined the Brokery and haven’t looked back since!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Entrepreneurship is extremely tough. Several times, I didn’t make a dollar for months on end. I decided to stick it out and keep going. This helped me build resilience and the thick skin that I use daily.

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about The Brokery?
I am a residential realtor that specializes in Central Phoenix. I help everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, first-time sellers, and people moving to their third or fourth homes. My specialty is trust and work ethic. I’m willing to go above and beyond for my clients.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love the growth we’re seeing. Phx is finally becoming a ‘cool’ city with tons of stuff to do. The heat in the summer is brutal.
