Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabrina Guler.
Hi Sabrina, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m Sabrina Guler, founder of Intuitive CEO—a consulting and growth equity firm for founder-led businesses that are scaling, evolving, or preparing for exit.
But long before I had a title or a company, I was just a kid in New Jersey, raised by immigrant parents who taught me what it means to build something from nothing. I grew up surrounded by hard work, pressure, and possibility. Entrepreneurship wasn’t trendy—it was survival. It was creativity. It was a deep knowing that I was meant to lead something of my own.
I’ve always been drawn to building. To design. To making things work in a way that made sense to me. Lemonade stands, custom MySpace layouts, rearranging the furniture in my room just to see how different it could feel. I once told my grandma I was going to buy her house with a $20 bill I found. Not because I didn’t understand money—but because I believed in what was possible. That instinct—to move based on what I knew before I could fully explain it—still drives how I operate today.
At 21, after what felt like a failed career start in New York and a breakup that shook my identity, I packed up and moved to Arizona. No plan. No safety net. Just the clarity that I couldn’t stay where I was. That move changed everything. It gave me space to let go of who I thought I had to be—and to start becoming who I actually was.
Over the years, I helped build businesses from the inside out. I worked with founders who had the vision but were buried in complexity. I became the person they turned to when growth was happening—but systems were breaking. I didn’t just offer strategy. I brought structure to the chaos. I helped companies scale in a way that finally matched the ambition of the people behind them.
That work eventually became Intuitive CEO.
Today, I work with founders who don’t need help dreaming bigger—they need help making it sustainable. Their internal compass is sharp. They know where they’re going. They just need a business that’s built to hold the weight of that vision. That’s where I come in.
For me, being an Intuitive CEO means building with clarity, leading with conviction, and designing businesses that grow without eroding the person at the center of it. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what is scalable, sustainable and true to the founder.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Smooth? Not at all. But I don’t think it was supposed to be. I’ve walked away from businesses, identities, income, relationships—and every time, it felt like a death. But I also believe you can’t become who you’re meant to be unless you’re willing to let go of who you used to be.
I’ve battled with doubt, identity, and what I call “high-functioning survival mode.” From the outside, everything looked put together. But internally, I was constantly burning out to prove I was worthy of the room. It took deep inner work to shift that. The road wasn’t smooth—but it was sacred. And every bump gave me a lesson I now pour back into the founders I support.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Intuitive CEO?
Intuitive CEO was built for the kind of founder who doesn’t follow a playbook—because they are the playbook. They lead from instinct, they move fast, and they don’t always have language for where they’re going—but they know the direction is right.
That level of vision requires a business that can hold it.
I work with founders who are driven by their own internal compass—people who don’t need help dreaming bigger, but do need support turning that vision into something scalable, structured, and clear. They’re often stuck in the friction between where they’re headed and what their current business model is built to sustain.
My role is to bridge that gap. I help simplify what’s overcomplicated, bring structure to what’s messy, and align the business around the way the founder is actually wired to lead.
Plain and simple? We help visionary founders scale smarter. We bring structure to what’s working, cut what’s not, and build businesses that can actually support the pace, clarity, and scale of the founder leading it.
Whether you’re scaling, shifting, or setting up for a strategic exit, we make sure the business is structurally sound and positioned for the next move.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Definitely. I’ve always been drawn to creativity, design, and the idea of making my own money—whether it was running lemonade stands, coding MySpace layouts, or telling my grandma I was going to buy her house with a $20 bill I was way too confident about. But even then, I didn’t see limits—I saw possibility. I saw opportunity where most people saw rules.
Looking back, it wasn’t about making money—it was about realizing I was wired to build things that didn’t exist yet. Watching my parents rebuild their lives from the ground up taught me that reinvention is always an option. That nothing is fixed. And that clarity, vision, and choice are some of the most powerful tools we have.
That mindset is what I carry into everything I do now. I’ve never been interested in following paths—I’ve always been here to create them.
