Hidden Gems: Meet Priamo Persichetti of Venus Augustus

Today we’d like to introduce you to Priamo Persichetti.

Priamo Persichetti

Hi Priamo, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was born to Italian and Venezuelan immigrant parents. I studied industrial engineering at West Virginia University before dropping out to start a brokering company. Two short years later, my company is set to do $ 2.5 million in business for the year. I will earn about $500,000 at 25 years old. I grew the business quickly through 100+ hr work weeks and developed strong leadership throughout my brokerage. The best way to scale any business is through strong leadership.

Let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
For the most part, the ascension has been meteoric, but of course, it was tough. I’ve lost 15-20 people at one time before, which significantly impacted growth and morale. Still, I operated with the same energy and intensity and continued to scale.

I appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Venus Augustus?
We are a brokering company contracted with 40 of the largest financial institutions in the country. We focus primarily on life insurance to help the needs of our clients. Venus Augustus, the brokerage itself, is focused on developing the world’s strongest young minds. Removing weakness and negativity from our broker’s lives and developing into strong, competent individuals and leaders.

What matters most to you?
It is impacting the youth. Society is trying to poison the minds of the youth and give them bad information. I’m here to show them how to live.
