However, a serendipitous turn of events truly ignited my passion and affirmed my path. A local CBD company, recognizing my unique eye for visuals, reached out to collaborate on a project. This opportunity marked a turning point in my journey and opened my eyes to the potential of photography as a profession. The experience of working with the CBD company showed me the impact my craft could have on businesses and brands, propelling me into the realm of professional photography. Since that pivotal moment, I’ve been dedicated to pursuing photography as a full-time profession. The journey has introduced me to an incredible array of people, each with their own stories and visions. Whether it’s bringing out the character of property in real estate photography or capturing the essence of individuals through portraiture, every frame I create is a testament to my journey’s evolution.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
While capturing moments and stories brings immense joy, it also comes with its fair share of hurdles seldom seen behind the scenes. Technical obstacles have often been a part of this journey. Equipment malfunctions, compatibility issues, and the constant evolution of technology have tested my patience and perseverance. Beyond the technical realm, finding a balance between pursuing a career and spending quality time with loved ones has been a struggle, and long hours behind the lens sometimes meant missing precious moments with friends and family. Imposter syndrome, a persistent self-doubt, has been an uninvited companion. The constant comparison to others and the fear of not being “good enough” can cast a shadow on even the most successful endeavors. This journey has also led me to confront mental health challenges from stress, depression, and burnout. The pressure to meet deadlines, satisfy clients, and maintain a creative edge can affect one’s well-being. Sleepless nights are not just a poetic notion; they are a reality. Working late to deliver the perfect shot while trying to manage every aspect of a budding business is demanding and exhausting. Starting a business from scratch while nurturing creativity is a juggling act that requires unwavering dedication. But despite these challenges, I am reminded of the passion that led me to this path.
