Her journey began with engineering aspirations at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, inspired by a transformative high school teacher. After transferring to ASU, she navigated from biomedical to chemical engineering. At age 21, the birth of her first child prompted her to shift her focus to genetics and a pre-med track. However, the dissolution of her husband’s business partnership and the realization of the financial challenges in veterinary medicine led her to pivot towards real estate. 

During this time, she faced entrepreneurial challenges, which led to her selling her house and moving in with her parents. A significant setback in 2019, involving the loss of their auto shop space, forced a career pivot to the ‘Residential Assisted Living Academy’, opening her eyes to the real estate investing space. 

In November 2021, her path took a pivotal turn. She received a call from Pace Morby, offering her a role at his company. This opportunity came at a crucial time, allowing her to utilize her diverse experiences and skills. In this new role, she quickly made her mark in transaction coordination, demonstrating exceptional skill and leadership. Her adeptness in this area led to her leading a team and developing a mentorship course, marking a significant milestone in her career. Her journey is characterized by resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning, guiding her through various academic pursuits and life changes to success in her current role.

Viewing her academic and professional experiences as chapters of a larger narrative, she sees her diverse academic pursuits and the transformative experience of motherhood during her university years, starting with her first child at age 21 and her second at age 23, as crucial steppingstones.
