Hidden Gems: Meet Misty Cosper of Hybrid Impacct and Rise-Up Warrior

Today we’d like to introduce you to Misty Cosper. 

Hi Misty, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a Heart-Centered Bookkeeper / Accountant and a With Heart™ Transformational Energy Coach. While we once lived in a world where those two “worlds” did not exist together, it has become my intention, and my experience, that these two worlds can no longer be separate of each other. 

In July of 2018 I started my business, however, my business was not created because of a big dream or vision of huge success.  As a single mom of two amazing kids, and without any plan in place or money saved up, all I had was absolute desperation from another “dream job” failure and a deep knowing that there was something more, something were I no longer had to separate all the different parts of myself.  And so, I did the most illogical heart-centered thing I could do, I started my own accounting/bookkeeping business.  Somewhere within me I knew that I could change the way we separated our hearts from our work.  Oh my, the Divine had so much more in store for me!!!! 

I have served in the accounting industry for over 25 years. My experience includes full accounting for small business, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Controller, and Accounting Manager for a Certified Public Accounting Firm. I have also served as a yoga instructor for 13 years, I have been teaching paddleboard yoga classes for over 7 years, and have been guiding Warrior Goddess workshops for women for 6 years. I have been a With Heart™ Transformational Energy Coach for just under 1 year. While I had many talents or skills I was seemingly successful at, it became exhausting to feel like I could only bring parts of myself to each different experience.  And as a result, I began to see that I wasn’t ever at my fullest potential.      

My first year of business really opened my eyes to so much within myself as well as my clients. First of all, I had to stand in my own beliefs of lack and my own fear of abundance and leadership and how these were impacting my own success in business and life (can easily happen when starting a business from desperation). As I begun the work to transform these beliefs for myself, I began to see how many other business owners were living each day in their business with these same limitations. I have repeatedly seen how living with these limiting beliefs will block the success of your business, blocking the flow abundance. I have worked with extremely talented individuals whose talents are impactful and their intentions are to serve the planet. And I have seen so many of these beautiful well-intentioned individuals and business fall short of their full potential because of confusion and misaligned energy. And what I learned through walking the steps myself, is we cannot pour from an empty cup. We must do the work for ourselves in order to transform our own relationship with abundance, which can then transform our business, our leadership, our relationships, and our capacity for success. 

Just after the first year in business, I started seeing and feeling the vision of this program. I started to see how a person or business owner can be AMAZING at their skillset but if their energy around their financials or energy with money is misaligned or lacking clarity, it will significantly impact abundance and prosperity for them and their business. 

After “surviving” the first in business I began to hold a vision of a program that would align Clarity, Heart, and Abundance in business.  It was a program that would combine heart and mind.  At this point things began to get really interesting.  I was guided to start working with an energy coach, Natalie Ehmke, of With Heart™ Communications. Like I said, the work is within us first, and the Divine was ready to let me experience this first before teaching it to others. I became the best student for the abundance program that would later reveal itself. I spent an entire year working with my coach to transform my own beliefs and my limitations. Without intending for this to happen, within months of doing my own work, I began to experience greater abundance than I had ever believed for myself. I wasn’t trying for it, but I realized I was now free and open to receiving it. This was the inspiration to become a Transformational Energy Coach myself. I know this was the pivotal piece needed for the Heart-Centered Abundance Program. I knew that I wanted to give the same transformation of energy that I had experienced to my clients to allow them to expand their own abundance. 

In early 2020 the pillars of the program, what I refer to as the pillars of abundance, were “given” to me. They came in a flash of seeing and hearing them. These are now the pillars of the Heart Centered Abundance Program. This program teaches clarify about the financial aspect of starting and running a business, it includes walking through the necessary steps of creating a business, my team and I actually do this work for business owners. It includes unique abundance teachings for individuals and businesses that align directly with the flow of business.  And most importantly, this program includes one on one Transformational Energy Coaching that creates lasting transformation around the limiting beliefs with money and abundance or whatever is blocking the heart from fully receiving and giving.  

I am 3 1/2 years into running my own business. I have now created a second business called Rise-Up Warrior that serves to transform energetic beliefs to allow hearts to open and to heal and offers several tools to support the healing of hearts. My intention is to give permission to conscious business leaders to align their talents with their hearts’ magnitude and to be in relationship with their business from the heart space. I see a world where we all are experiencing heart-centered abundance. 

While it didn’t start out this way the vision of my business now is “Your Work is Your Divine Offering and Abundance is the Spiritual Reward”. 

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nope, not always a smooth road! One of the biggest challenges for me was starting a business as a single mom without any money saved to get me started, much less a business plan. I literally jumped right into my business ownership with only one client lined up! I was terrified! Balancing being a mom of two kids and balancing a business, now two businesses has been a challenge! I got to overcome many money challenges along the way, including one-day taking toilet paper from work because I didn’t have money to even purchase toilet paper! I now see this as part of the journey, I was experiencing the lack of abundance so I could one day sit in complete and absolute gratitude of receiving abundance and compassion for anyone not currently open to receiving for themselves

We’ve been impressed with Hybrid Impacct, LLC and Rise-Up Warrior, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I actually included a lot of this information in my story at the beginning so I will go a little deeper into my offerings and services. 

I offer Transformational Energy Coaching and Abundance Coaching for individuals and business owners. This is offered as 1:1 90-minute-deep dives, and 3- or 6-month containers that include 1:1 weekly 60 coaching calls. These can be in person or via zoom. I also offer the Heart-Centered Abundance Program for individuals.  This is a 6-week program based on the pillars of abundance which include weekly 1:1 Abundance and Energy Coaching, weekly videos to support the teachings, workbook, and unlimited support from myself. 

I offer an Abundance Business Booster Program for business owners, either already in business or just getting started. I bring my 25+ years of accounting expertise to a program that is all about being in the heart of your business. This is a 6-week program that includes weekly videos that teach on the financial pillars of business, from creating a name for your business and creating a Tax Identification Number, to understanding financial statements and setting up a program to allow for the flow of abundance for your business. Each week also includes teaching on the pillars of abundance as they relate to business, 1:1 calls directly with me, workbook, and interim support from myself and my team who will do the work for you. 

Beginning in 2022 I will be offering a 12-week group program for business owners that combine both the Heart Centered Abundance Program along with the complete Abundance Business Booster Program. This is a very unique program that offers clearing misaligned energy around abundance and money and financial clarity for individuals and for businesses at the same time! 

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
My advice for finding a mentor is to be open to receiving support and assistance in way, shape, or form it comes in. I have learned that Divine is my greatest guidance when I am open and I ask for support. I have learned that when I release how I “think” things need to be, I open myself to receive all the support I was looking for. For myself, I have called in the support of a powerful coach and I will continue to receive coaching as long as I am in business, my intention is to always remain a student first before teaching. I also look to watch or seek advice from others who have already done what it is I want to be doing. The Universe is abundant so I know I can learn from them and their success and then allow it to inspire me and my success. Finally, I choose to remain curious. With a curious mind and heart set, I send a frequency of being open to learn and to see things differently. We become a magnet for receiving from a heart that is open and curious.
