Hidden Gems: Meet Melissa Magill of Tap N Go Truck

Today we’d like to introduce you to Melissa Magill.

Melissa Magill

Melissa, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Matt and I (Melissa) have been married for 12 years and have always dreamed of creating our own business. We have always loved events that bring friends and family together and decided we wanted to create a business that would bring an extra special touch to such events and gatherings. That’s when Tap N’ Go Truck Co. was born!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting our own business was definitely a huge learning curve for the both of us. We knew nothing about starting a business and had to navigate through every detail by learning as we went and asking a lot of questions. I have to give Matt most of the credit! He would often stay up all night researching and learning online.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Tap N Go Truck Co?
Tap N’ Go is a mobile bartending company that brings a unique and timeless experience to our clients and their guests. From elegant weddings, corporate parties, birthday parties & music festivals, we create a welcoming space that gathers everyone together, young and old alike, to enjoy a refreshing cold beverage straight from our beautiful 1949 Chevy tap truck. Our truck has four tap handles with the ability to pour your favorite beer, ciders & seltzers as well as serve up your choice of wine, champagne & pre-mixed cocktails.

What does success mean to you?
