Today we’d like to introduce you to Matt Fritz.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
In 2008, we decided to share our passions for wellness and help become a source of change. We were stuck in the 9-5 race, weekend chasing, vacation longing lifestyle and seemed to only see each other in passing. Sitting on the patio of Lisa G’s Winebar in Downtown Phoenix, sharing a bottle of red, and watching a lunar eclipse, we decided to smother our fears and begin a journey together as local business owners. Our goal was to create a space of opportunity where people could experience personal growth, internal exploration, and mindful connections in an edgy, yet sophisticated, manner.
Ditching the boring cliques, distorted impressions, and the narrow stereotypes of the wellness industry we set forth with an insatiable desire to provide a secure, lively, ego-free environment with a goal of remembering to have fun, live loud, and celebrate life. We incorporated movement, mindset, healing, culture and community into a sometimes bland industry and have been providing an immersive playground that creates a lasting memorable experience unlike any other.
Our laughter, engagement, and mindset will revive your senses and remind you to not take life so seriously, embrace honest internal change, and put you on a path of intentional life creation. Family owned, family operated, and family fun!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Safe to say that one of the most challenging aspects of our Radical Self-Love world is helping others realize that selfcare is not only a key ingredient to health and happiness; but an essential component to living life on purpose and manifesting your dreams. Committing to your personal wellbeing, sanity, and longevity is sadly too often viewed as a chore of “What I Must Do” when it should be viewed as a celebration of “What I Can Do”. We accept the challenge to keep our community motivated, but it is certainly not a task to take lightly.
We’ve been impressed with Sutra Studios, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are an immersive and interactive wellness lifestyle. Our mission is to remind you that it feels good to feel good and our dynamic approach of infusing self-care with wicked good times gives you a memorable experience each visit.
We believe in living your Life on Purpose and crafting a life desire by embracing the concept of Radical Self Love. We are here to assist you in developing the tools necessary to achieve goals, invite abundance, manifest miracles, live the life of your dreams; and have a damn good time doing it. Our life-altering techniques are designed to inspire meaningful direction and limitless joy thru the use of intentional awareness, body movement, mindful meditations, and community engagement.
Whether you are indulging in our vibrant studio culture, empowering yourself with our spirited online programs, savoring our dynamic workshops and retreats, relishing in our lively community events, or nourishing yourself from the magnitude of a private healing session, we aim to create a lasting memorable experience unlike any other. Our laughter, engagement, and mindset will revive your senses and remind you to not take life so seriously, embrace honest internal change, and put you on a path of intentional life creation.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
Luck? None. Investing in the wellbeing of your friends, family, and community at large takes a positive mindset, a compassionate heart, and the ability to deliver on your promises feverishly and intentionally with each and every client, without exception. The only time luck plays a role is when we express our gratitude for having the opportunity to be in service to such a large and diverse group of inspiring souls; for that gift, we are lucky.
