Hi Jill and Mary, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
Our story began in 2018 when we started by lending decor to friends for their own children’s weddings. We saw the potential in this and decided to take it to the next level. We started in Jill’s garage as our workshop and Mary’s garage as our showroom. However, we quickly outgrew the space due to the high service demand. In 2021, Jill’s family sold their home and bought a house in Apache Junction with a 1600-square-foot warehouse. With the larger space, we could triple our inventory and offer our clients even more high-end decor options. Throughout our journey, we have always been passionate about working with clients and other vendors in the Arizona wedding community. We understand the importance of offering a wide range of decor at affordable prices to help reduce the stress of planning and the post-event hassle of having to store or sell the decor. Our commitment to providing exceptional service and beautiful decor rentals has allowed us to grow and thrive in the industry. We look forward to continuing to serve the Arizona wedding community and helping our clients create unforgettable events that they will cherish for a lifetime.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Our journey with Treasure Trove Wedding and Event Rentals has been mostly smooth sailing. However, we have faced some challenges as we continue to grow and expand our inventory. One of our biggest struggles has been our limited use of technology. As we continue to acquire more inventory, it’s become more challenging to keep track of what items are available and when they are requested. We have developed our systems to address this issue, but we plan to implement a more automated system soon. Space has also constantly challenged us, even with our new warehouse/showroom. We always find creative ways to stage new items and showcase our ever-expanding inventory. However, we are committed to solving these challenges and providing our clients exceptional service and beautiful decor rentals. We have also learned a lot about social media marketing, but we recognize the importance of enlisting help to ensure we show up on local searches. We are constantly improving our online presence and collaborating with other vendors in the Arizona wedding community to ensure that our clients have the best possible experience when working with us. We are proud of what we have accomplished and excited to continue growing and expanding our business. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality decor rentals and exceptional service, no matter the challenges we may face.
